I like it. Most rooms have a sea view, the higher you go the better itd be. Youll have to walk uphill. As youd expect. Its worth it.

Rooms that are pool facing. All the restaurants we tried were very good.
There aren’t any water parks in the resort apart from the one in the large hotel for hotel guests.

Resort is lovely, very iddlic! extremely clean and well kept. Gorgeous beach with many nice bars. A few English bars too (Delboys is particularly nice). Plenty of places to walk although there are a few big hills which can be quite tough in the heat! The beach was always spotless, no rubbish and a few showers which were handy. plenty of sun beds to go round aswell! Would definately like to vist this resort again.

The resort was very nice. Just needs a few more shops and restaurants. If we hadn't gone half board, then I have no idea how we would have survived! The beach was ok, got very busy. The resort has not got a frequent bus service, every hour, stopping at 5pm!!!

Very small very quiet a few shops but nothing outstanding, wonderful scenery allthough a little hilly for people who struggle with walking.
Overall still in the dark ages, you can look at this both ways if you want to do nothing but relax and chill out try portinax if you want to party try somwhere else.

The resort of Portinatx is well known for its beauty and takes pride of place when visited by coaches from the rest of the islands visitors.
Three beaches, numerous cafe's etc and for the evening you can choose from a lively bar or restaurant with exclusive menu. Entertainment does tend to be more hotel based and those seeking lively noghtclubs would fare better travelling to other resorts.
Beautiful walks and scenery are abound and since the advent of the tourist tax you can see where your money has been spent with select improvments such as the flush mounted lighting around the paths of the bay that bring this resort to life in the evening.

Nice resort with good beaches and just enough shops and bars to keep you entertained. Can get a bit boring by the end of the 2 weeks though!

This resort is an excellent picuresque village with a beautiful beach, which has crystal clear water. A few bars in the village Delboys being the best, and a few bars towards the smaller beach, here there is a lovely bar set on the waters edge mexican/mediteranian, and just around the corner is es Puet blanc a very friendly bar/apartments also set next to the beach where the children can play safley whilst you enjoy a drink.

Lovely beach,pedalos, canoes, banana boat, dounuts for hire.

It was spotless the beach was fantastic, enetrtainment pretty standard I would go again yes it was a lovely place not hell Greco as described earlier.
I will agree with the pools being cold though most definitely, but the water park was great fun we had a good laugh and certainly came back after 11 days enjoying the holiday.

The resort is quiet with fabulous views and great beaches very good for snorkelling. There are a few bars serving lovely food and drinks there is also a pub for party people called vincents that stays open late. There are various shops (not spectacular ones but enough). There is a regular bus service on the square to various places on the island. We are returning to Portinatx this year in september but we are going to some apartments this year as our children are older now and to try something new. We love portinatx it is very idyllic and picturesque we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the sun. Why not give it a try?
