I like it. Most rooms have a sea view, the higher you go the better itd be. Youll have to walk uphill. As youd expect. Its worth it.

Rooms that are pool facing. All the restaurants we tried were very good.
There aren’t any water parks in the resort apart from the one in the large hotel for hotel guests.

The resort was very small and peaceful - much different to the Ibiza we learn of! It was ideal for a couple or families and it was quiet and set away from all the hussle and bussle of Ibiza. On reaching the resort we couldn't beleive how unspoilt and greeen the area was - very nice indeed.

Resort was very nice . the water park was great for the kids and the beach was lovely. sea was a bit chewed up on rough days

Very quiet resort but knew that before we went so we weren't expecting anything different.

The resort of Portinax was very beautiful and the local shops had a large selection from cheap cigarettes to cheap booze.
Buses ran every hour into San Antonio as well as the trolley bus which took a more mountainous route to other towns in Ibiza.

Very quiet resort. Fantastic for a family holiday or a peaceful break. Do not come to this area if hills put you off! Stick to purpose built resorts like Benidorm!

YES - It's SO true about 'Cardiac Hill'!!! Approx. 2-3 mins walk down to beach but a killer of a walk on way back as SO steep, particularly in the heat. We got used to it though.
Resort very small and quiet with no particular centre as such. Nothing quaint about it either. Small selection of bars and restaurants and car hire agencies.
Beach was lovely - small bay with clean, soft sand. Covered with sunbeds which could be hired for 4 Euro's per day.
It was idyllic for young children as sea remained shallow for a long way out and was like a mill pond for the majority of our stay there.
Enough choice of shops for getting a snack at lunch time and also enough shops selling inflatables although lots of people were giving them away at the end of their stay so as not to have to take them home!
My only groan would be that there is an 'all inclusive' hotel on the beach (El Greco) and there were a few 'lager louts' about - obviously getting their alcohol from their hotel and drinking it on the beach!

The resort was extremely clean. and the standard of the beach was excellent. there was no entertainment at all but you can get extremely cheap buses to all around ibiza which are regular and clean. Allin all 7/10. For the resort good but ive had better.

The resort my family and I visited was Portinatx and was very clean around the roads and everything looked pleasant.
The entertainment was fairly good with a couple of bars around the resort.
The beach was slightly small and crowded, but was quite quaint really.
I would definitely visit Portinatx again. It was a very clean and enjoyable place to stay on holiday!

Portinax is quiet,not a lot of shops for the women.But the beach and cleanliness were excellent.Have a go on the self driven speed dinghys.Last weekend in July is canival time with groups.(all night music) fireworks on the beach

Beautiful resort .Small but great.A couple of great bars with live music and karioke and great restaraunts
