I like it. Most rooms have a sea view, the higher you go the better itd be. Youll have to walk uphill. As youd expect. Its worth it.

Rooms that are pool facing. All the restaurants we tried were very good.
There aren’t any water parks in the resort apart from the one in the large hotel for hotel guests.

Only ventured out of the Hotel on a couple of nights and really didn't see much. Few bars, couple of supermarkets and crazy golf.
The resort was very clean. Litter bins every 10 feet and didn't see a single stray cat.
The beach was great. Not huge but enough space for everyone. The seaweed was a bit off putting at first but soon got used to it.

Portinatx is a beautiful cove only spoilt by tourism and unfortunately this has made the locals un-friendly people.
Other places on Ibiza are completly different and they cant do enough for you. Saying that though, this really is a great place to sit and watch the sun go down with the boats in the bay.

Beach really good and the bars and restaurants are good although more expensive that somewhere like San Antonio bay

Portinatx is lovely quiet resort with gorgeous sandy beaches that slope gently into the sea.
It is in a secluded bay so there are no big waves crashing in, just gentle ripples. You can wade out quite a long way before getting out of your depth, perfectly safe for young children.
There are quite a few bars to choose from. Our favourite was Es Grop which was just above the beach and played chill-out music.
There are also a several shops in the town, not an abundance but they gave us somewhere to walk to so as to get away from the hotel for a while.

This resorts small ,quite but its a fantastic place and dont be put off because it is quite because there is plenty of entertainment in the hotel or if you prefer spend your nights singing the night away in vincents bar or del boys which is where my daughter went with her friends she met. Or go to boozy buys and pick up some offers on alcohol and tobacco. this is a beautiful resort and we all had a fantastic holiday and we will be back. XxX

We were unsure what to expect after reading reports ,thought it might be too small with not much to do. We weren't wrong however that turned out to be a good thing husbands happy.
There were only a few shops to trail round but in saying that had everything you look for on holiday i.e. souvenirs,cigarettes,supermarket& chemist.
Two pubs in resort which seemed pretty good although we were only in one night because the kids enjoyed the hotel entertainment.
Went to the crazy golf it was also good, and has beautiful views, a nice bar which does good food as well. We all had a great time in Portinatx a very relaxing holiday and have booked to go again next year

Portinax itself is a small pleasant resort with only a few bars and restaurants. It is ideal for Families with younger children (older ones may find the entertainment a little limited). The views are beautiful and it makes for a nice evening stroll. The beach is clean and the sea safe for children to play and swim.

What a wonderful beach, crystal clear water, excellent for snorkeling and water sports.
The resort is very quiet with only a handful of bars and shops, not for those wishing to tour lots of shops and wishing to stop off for a couple of drinks.
Lots of steps down to the beach, but well worth the trek.

There are only four or five bars in the resort and the prices are quite high for drinks, 10 Euro's for two cocktails, 18 Euros for four drinks (two soft).
It is the only resort that I have ever been that I have not seen the police!
There is a crazy golf along the main street, but beware, kids can fall off the edge as there are no rails.
