Excellent 3 star hotel, for couples and familes, plenty of areas to join in the fun or for quiet seclusion.
Food was good for 3 star with exception the Bacon was always crispy, I now its not the sort of bacon we normally get back home but its just way over cooked.
Which is a pity cos the food was good, hot and plenty.
So we could live with that.
Entertainment was good. Rooms are OK!
Would certainly go back.

Dont bother to take on board any bad comments about this place. My son cried on the last night and I was sorry to be going home too. I went with an 11 yr old and twin babies of 11 months and we all had a lovely time. The only negative thing I can think of was the ants on our balcony but we had a beautiful view of the gardens and sea - and gardens come with ants! Food was good for 3 star and the snack bar food was extremely prompt and the staff were great. One or two not so cheerful but never saw those ones very often. Always cleaning and the entertainment staff were really good at keeping everyone happy and not forceful if you simply wanted to watch. My son had the best holiday and I am trying to talk my husband into going back again next year (he doesnt like to go to the same place - ever!). Lots of people we met were on their 4th 5th time or more! So that speaks volumes as far as Im concerned. Highly recommended

We have just come back from our holiday, and it was fantastic, there was entertainment/activites for children day and night, our boy is 7 he loved it there and did not want to leave.
the mini disco got a bit tedious for my wife and I but the kids loved it and that is what counts,
Food was good we had different food every night specialy the paella, and food was HOT but not the ice cream(ha ha) all the imported drink in the hotel was expensive 6 euros for a pint of Magners ouch.
The staff are freindly and helpfull, and the cleaners work very hard there always seemed to be cleaning going on some where, hotel and grounds are very clean and maintained, pools are good, there is a park for children.
What a Fantastic beach water was warm sand was lovley, there is a veiw point you can take photos of beach.
Location was ok not alot to do there but thats what we wanted, but its only 25 min bus drive to mahon for 2 euros.
the only complaint is that you can not get a drink in morning until 8am, and tea was not nice take some pg

The hotel was very clean and grassed areas were kept neat and tidy. The food was just as we expected and the loaction was great. There were a few bars but the hotel had great entertainment on a night and you could really see that the animacion team had rehearsed a hell of alot. Great for families and will definately be going again next year as we were crying becuase we didnt want to come home. :) IGNORE any bad comments made about the hotel.

we found the hotal very clean there was plenty of chose of food .and if one gets the drinks & one gets the food and you dont hang around picking it will be hot some stand around then wonder why it's gone cold. some rooms are by the entertaiment and if you want the children in bed/sleeping other rooms are at the back and quiet here the shops beach is lovly and pools.staff helpfull some nicer then others but thats life were not all the same.entertainment in hotel mainly aimed at children and familys but the irish bar is just up the road and open late well late.get on the bus or get a car see the island we will be going again not too many teenagers so peacfull hope you enjoy as much as we did

great holiday at this hotel, went with 2 grandchildren, food was really good any plenty of it and always fresh. most of the staff were very friendly, rooms were cleaned and fresh towels every day, location was great with 2 young children right on the beach plenty for them to do.

just recently returned from a weeks stay here in block A which we all though was exellent really clean, very friendly staff, right next to most fantastic beach ,,, ok the food is pretty decent for a 3star hotel nice choice and remember you get what you pay for with food. the pools are great as there is 5 if i remember right so plenty of room for everybody even the germans. one thing is the drinks are quite expensive but so is every hotel and spain is now allover very expensive no cheap drink no more....trick is go out for a walk up to Smithys bar it nice and cheap and food is fab and staff great.
overall we going back here cause we thought it was great.

we stayed at the hotel aguamarina in oct. 07 for 2 weeks. it was our first holiday abroad with our little boy. the hotel was absolutely spotless, the cleaning staff seemed to work all day long. the food was great. plenty of it and lots of choice too. the hotel is located 2 minutes walk away from the most stunning horse-shoe shaped beach. its probably one of the best beaches on the island without a doubt. all the staff at the hotel are really helpful, from the cleaners right up to the management. all the staff are absolutely brilliant with the kids, they go out of their way to talk to them and make a fuss of them. there is also lots of entertainment laid on, aimed at both adults and children, from morning till night.

Stayed on halfboard basis, food was ok - breakfast was starting to get abit monotinous by the end of the week, every morning being the same: bacon, beans, hasbrowns etc etc & sometimes you were left standing around waiting for food to be brought out. The evening meals were much better with a lot more choice & after a day on the beach & in the sea you're starving and you'll wolf anything down!
The beach is fab!, really close to the hotel (less than 2 mins walk) and very picturesque.
The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none, and truthfully you couldn't fault it! although Roseario (as we named our maid) was a bit annoying, she was like a bull in a china shop & you could hear beds being dragged across the floor down the corridor & slamming doors.
The entertainment was typical really - orientated towards keeping the kids entertained, no more to be said.
The beach is fab!, really close to the hotel (less than 2 mins walk) and very picturesque.

One of the good things about the island is the 12am curfew, all loud music is switched off on the dot.
Although the Irish Bar (located in the centre) seem to get over this by closing the doors, there is also another lovely family bar just up the hill called Smithy's, great food & friendly atmos.
the staff in the hotel are all spanish and apart from the reception staff don't speak english!
Dont bother going to the water par - save your money, spend the day on the beach, save yourself 33 euro per person! - it's tiny & crap, nothing much there really, it's not what you expect in a water park.
You'll have a lovely time at the hotel & resort, aslong as your looking for a relaxing time
