We stayed in the Oasis Dunas Aparthotel. It was the best holiday we have ever been on!

The rooms were basic with only 2 rings and a fridge, not ideal to cook a meal for 5 with, but there are plenty of places to eat out.

The entertainment every night was a mini disco, bingo and then a adults show. The entertainers made each night different in the 2 weeks we were there and every night they made us laugh.

The pool was massive, a bit salty, but we got used to it very quickly. The pool staff seemed a bit miserable but that didnt stop us from having a good time.

The kid's reps were fun and up for anything, if you have a teenager with you who doesnt really want to spend the holiday with you send them to the club, you might not think that they will enjoy it but they will love it.

The reps no excatly what they are thinking!

It was the best holiday i have ever been on! The rooms were basic with only 2 rings and a fridge. Not ideal to cook a family of 5 a meal with, but there are plenty of other places to eat out.

The entertainment every night was a mini disco, bingo and the an adult show. The entertainers made each night different in the 2 weeks we were there amd every night they made us laugh.

The pool was massive, a bit salty but we got used to it very quickly. We did have to reserve sunbeds every morning at 8 o'clock to make sure we had some! The pool staff seemed a bit miserable but that didnt stop us from having a good time.

The kids reps were fun and up for anything. If you have a teenager, who doesnt really want to spend the holiday with you send them to the club, they might not think they will enjoy it but trust me you will. The escape reps know excatly what you are thinking!

We went to two beaches other the two weeks, one which was 5 minutes walk down the road. Nice and sandy with loads of sunbeds, very relaxing, but the water is so clear you can see all the fish! The other beach we reach by a 7 minute taxi journey, only 4 euros. This beach had lush white sands and blue seas. Also on this beach there were water activities availiable.

I would definatly reccomend Oasis Dunas.
We won a mini disco CD and still singing cartoon heroes to ourselves!

And remember... you aint nothin if you aint a shark or dolphin!
(you would only understand this if you have been there!!)

We travelled with Cosmos in July
Found the apartments basic but clean. The complex was very well maintained and clean. The pool area is very large and we felt that the one life guard could not supervise the pool area properley.

We found the rooms very hot and uncomfortable at night so hired a fan which was needed on all night.Only problems were on the return of the fan.We needed to produce the hire receipt to get our deposit back the same for the room safe.So do not loose your receipts.

The hotel supermarket was adequate but expensive in comparison to the local Netto which is a short walk from the complex.

We found the staff working at the pool bar and the Chaimber maids were not very friendly. The reception staff were very helpful and understood Engish very well.

We had two meal at the Tucan restauraunt on sight and found it to be reasonably priced and of a good standard. The Friday night BBQ was very good value and enjoyable.

Our flight home was late afternoon and we used the coutesey rooms provided they were in a dangerous condition with brocken ceramic tiles and cut off jagged pipe work sticking out of the floor.

Although it doesnot sound to good we enjoyed our stay and would use this complex again.

We stayed at the Oasis Royal. This was joined to the Oasis Dunas.

We went on a self catering holiday to the Oasis Royal the first week in June, and there was building work in the town that was so close to the apartments that we could not even open our balcony door for the noise.

I am on my second lot of antibiotics from the chest infection I got from the dust the building caused. I specifically asked my rep if building work was being carried out and he assured me there wasn

We have just come back from a 5 day break over the May bank holiday. After reading some peoples reviews we were apprehensive of what to expect. When we checked in at the Oasis Duna reception we were advised that we were staying in Block D which is located in the Oasis Royal which is adjacent to the Oasis Duna.

When we got to it, we had a ground floor apartment with a double terrace which included a full patio set plus two reclining sun loungers. Very impressive. The apartment inside was very modern all had been recently refurbished and even the beds had two new decent matresses and fluffy pillows. There was not a mosquito in sight or any cockroaches.

The resort itself was very small steady and relaxed atmosphere. There were touts for restaurants but they were never persistent and only ever wanted to give you a leaflet. As we were only there for 4 nights we did not go to every restaurant but the ones we did go to were pricy but still good value. Poco Loco was not all that just average, even though it does come recommended from other reviewers. We would recommend the Italian Di Napoli just downstairs on the corner of the main drag. The food was excellent and was reasonably priced and we even got a free brandy each at the end of the meal. A three course meal with a bottle of chianti, coffees and brandies only came to about

I definitely had one of my most memorable holiday's here! The hotel was extremely clean.

Although the receptionist was not the friendliest of people. We were told the location was across from the beach, now may I state, we looked everywhere for a beach, when we eventually found one, it smelt of fish (your probably thinking ..well YES it is a beach but when I say ''smelt of fish'' I mean.. it reaaaally smelt!

I must recommend the quad biking not far away from the hotel. Most amazing sights Ive ever seen, once in a life time experience, but overall the hotel was fabulous!

I'll definitely be back, in fact we've booked another holiday there for summer.

We stayed in an Oasis Royal Apartment, which is conveniently located a V short walk from the main street of town.

We were pleased with the standard of our room, which was clean & modern. Balcony looked out over a medium sized pool, which was always quiet, the reports about the pool being COLD were not kidding!

The grounds were lovely, newly planted with palms, cactus, hibiscus & bananas, will look even more stunning when they become more established.

The hotel staff were a bit "Basil Fawlty" but the reps were friendly, if a bit dozy, didn't really spend much time around the main pool, day or evening, so can't comment?

Food didn't eat at the complex so can't I have a feeling we'll be back, and if so, I'd very happily come back to this accommodation..

By being self catering we found everything we needed in the kitchen area that we required. Everything was clean. The rooms were very comfortable the only displeasing bit was the squashed mozzies on the bedroom walls, we think the people in the room previously must have had the windows open at night because we never had one in rooms at all.

The grounds were lovely and peaceful, and laid out with plants and palm trees. They even have "pet" chickens and a peacock wandering the grounds.

The pool area was well equipped with loads of sunbeds, [even at peak times of the day there were still spare ones]. The pool itself was very large and relatively warm and very clean.

We didn

We stayed at Oasis Dunas on a self catering basis.

The hotel and grounds are kept immaculately clean, even the sunbeds around the pools are neatly positioned back into place.

The Tucan restaurant is excellent food and being a fussy veggie they easily accommodated what I wanted.

The staff are always smiling and entertaining. They are eager to please and make your stay memorable, comfortable and enjoyable.

The entertainment is good and the 3 island hop excursion is a fantastic day out to Lanzarote, pappylogo (?) and Lobos, which the glass bottom boat fantastic, even the crew were entertaining all the way, especially when they pour drink into your mouth until you cant take anymore. The banana boat and speed boat were excellent with the trip and so was the food and drink.

The hotel is exactly what it looks like in the brochure, paradise. A very short walk into the town and beaches.

The whole of the island is so clean and well kept. The shops you haggle over the prices, which can be a bit annoying especially when they chase you down the street still haggling the price.

There are a lot of restaurants too of all kinds. Buffets are everywhere. Not for veggies though I found it difficult to eat out away from the Tucan.

The pools are freezing!!!!! but ok once you are brave enough to just go under.

The weather was warm all week with only a few locusts (luckily we just missed them)

The only comment I would have is the receptionist should attempt a smile.

We arrived on the Saturday with 2 small children, and we were given an apartment that had stairs to it, and there was very poor lighting on the stairs, at night we found this very dangerous with two small children plus buggy.

The cooking facilities was very basic, with only two rings and no oven, I feel their should be a microwave in the apartment, you should not have to hire one. The television should also be included in your holiday, it cost me 40euros for 4 English channels for the week.

The pool we found especially the baby pool to be a very slippery surface, the children fell over several times.

The entertainment was very poor and the something repeated night after night.

The best thing about this hotel is its location the beaches are clean and so is the town, we liked the evening shopping, and the children
