after reading some negative reviews on this hotel i was a bit apprehensive but on the whole it was okay.first of all the rooms are very spacious and genrally c lean the only thing was in our apartment a couple of the floor tiles were cracked quite badly but as we had no children in our party it wasn't an issue. we stayed all inclusive the food was okay at the start of the week there was a good choice but towards the end of the week the choice was very limited there was either ribs or meatballs i dont like either so i ended up with salad and chips for my dinner also towards the end of the week half the drink machines weren't working properly the beer was just froth and the coke was coming out like fizzy water? the swimming pools were alright the larger of the two wasn't heated so it was freezing. they had entertainment in the evening which was run by thomas cook the four reps put in a very good effort with the shows they put on and they held a cash bingo every night which was good. in all our stay was quite pleasent i would go back again if the price was right but not to expensive.

helpful staff, and enthusiastic reps.i am afraid the food was dire, probably the worst i have had in an all inclusive, very samey and really not pleasant at all, out of 14 nights, we had 2 maybe 3 good meals.the drinks are served in plastic or paper cups, which to me is not on. we payed a lot of money for our holiday, and to drink out of these cups really spoiled it.the hotel is a fair walk from the centre, and a long way from the marina, but it is a nice resort which has some good restaurants. the smaller pool was warm, which at times made it busy, but this was no problem.the reps do try hard all day to keep everyone involved, but they do not pester you if you want to chill.would not go back to this hotel though, its to far out and the food was awful.

When we booked we were told we could have a sea view it was nowhere near the sea!! The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were helpful. The rooms were basic, full of ants and grout missing out of the floor tiles. The beds were very hard. The pools were clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. The food was dire and we lived off melon, ice-cream and jelly. If you like pork in many varied forms you will be happy!!It ran out often and took time to replace. The soft drinks were tasteless. The location is not as we thought being a 10 minute walk to the beach. The centre is like Blackpool with the same being sold in each shop. The entertainment staff were excellent being enthusiastic and game for a laugh! They worked extremely hard.

Would we go back? Yes, without doubt. We loved our holiday here. The food was better than we expected. The room was very good, we had a self catering apartment, but we were all inclusive, so it was nice with a baby to have all the facilities.
The hotel grounds and room were very clean and well maintained. The pools were very nice, and plenty of sunbeds.
Entertainment I can only describe as bearable. It was holiday reps, and in fairness, they put their heart into it. But I can't say it was brilliant. 4 nights out of the 7 they brought in outside acts, which were just OK.
There is a shop only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, to the right. Then to the left, about 5 minutes is the start of the main resort.
All 6 of us enjoyed our holiday here and would definitely recommend it to others.

this was our second year at the oasis village and thoroughly enjoyed it.the food suited all of our tastes.staff all very friendly and helpful when needed,a short and pleasant walk into the town too, beds changed regularly and very clean surroundings, particularly liked the size of the apartment very spacious, there are plenty of beds around both pools, our only regret is we only went for a week this time and when we return early next year its for 2 weeks.

the hotel was really nice, very clean, rooms were very cool and spacious. there are activities by the pool everyday, which were quite entertaining to watch and to join. the staff were full of energy and funny. really enjoyed it. except the entertainment in the evening, it started a bit late, but when it did start the staff put a lot of effort in to entertaining us. the food was nice, had a good variety.
all in all, it was a really good holiday.
definatately go back again.

The hotel is very clean Staff worked hard to make our stay a good one, no issues with food a good choice every meal time. no sun bed issues plenty to go round. No que for drinks, Next to the water park 5 mins walk and if you find the route past the netto to the beach about 10 mins max with kids.
We took some fishing rods and have a super time fishing caught lots one morning my 9 year old caught 17 fish in just over 2 hours, watch the Sun very intense and the breeze at the sea front hides this.
We would stay again. People get real this a 3 star so the Food is not 5 star as is the entertainment
