A PARTY OF 10 OF US STAYED AT THE LAS ZOCOS HOTEL (ALL INCLUSIVE)IT WAS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST HOLIDAY I HAVE EVER HAD. WHERE DO I START???
The food was poor,the way it was prepared, the lack of choice, and it sat under heater lamps for hours on end, we witnesed dozens of people complaining about the food and even refusing to eat it and instead buying food from outside the hotel, even though they, like us were all inclusive. We made a number of official complaints to the staff and tour reps but just got fobbed off, i can honestly say i lived on soup and bread for the best part of the 2 weeks we were there.The service that you recieve in the bars is bad, for example if you are an all inclusive guest (and i use the term guest very loosley)you are not allowed to have umbrellas or sparklers in your cocktails, the reason being they can serve you faster if they dont have to put them in, and on many occasions while at the bar, if some one is paying with cash they always get served first. i will not be going back to this hotel. the kids entertainment was good and there was one member of the bar staff (Kilian)who was very customer focused and was always a pleasure to talk to.

We stayed at the hotel Los-Zocos in march this year, taking 7 children with us! On arrival very difficult to find room as it was dark, children and suitcases in tow. Rooms and resort were very clean. Food was a little repetive. Entertainment could of been better but over all enjoyable. Pools extreamly cold and wind was like being at home on weston sea front!! How ever we did all enjoy ourselves and would consider going back as all entertainment staff were great, and we only saw one cocroach the day we were leaving all though this was on the dinner table!!

The rooms at this hotel are the worst I have ever seen we had to request a different room straight away cos the first one was literally rotten there were holes in the kitchen units and everything was hanging off the walls and it was filthy. The second room was better but still dirty and well worn. The swimming pools were very nice and the reception area also very smart the hotel is well situated and looks nice from outside but I'm sorry I have to say I would'nt go back.

the romm was great with a lovely balcony.the room was very clean and the maid service was great the location was brilliant right next to shopping centre. the entertainment was better the first week than the second due to it being a repeat of the first week the bar staff were lovely and polite especially sun. we would definatly come again.the pools were justa little bit cold though.

the varitey and quality of the food was exellent and the staff was very very friendly although the entertainment was a bit repetative, the cleanliness of the hotel and pool was very good. We requested the new block of apartments on recommendation and were not disappointed.

Had two weeks at Los Zocos all inclusive, weather very hot in October, food great loads of choice, very good holiday going again 2006.

Room clean but quite well worn. Staff very friendly, but had trouble getting served as we were self catering.
5 mins walk to the beach,which was never over packed, quite windy but the kids loved it.
Great chinese restaurant just across the road, in the shopping centre. Local night life was legends and cactus jack, local water park ok but showing its age.
Rancho texas a great night out. Plenty of pools at hotel but look out for the floating turds. ( only 1 but cleaned away very quickly). It wasn't us.
Mostly familys like us very friendly ,but would not recommend for groups of youngest as there would not be enough night life for them.
Hotel enterainment ok if you like parrots & snakes.

The hotel was very clean but on our second to last night were were overrun with cockroaches. The room was sprayed and we didn't see any more. On our last night we found two rats on the balcony (ours was a ground floor). Apart from this the hotel was very nice, the food was very good, wide choices available.
The entertainment was very repetitive and quote boring after a few nights.
Wouldn't go again only because of the cockroaches. I wouldn't stay anywere again if I had them in my room.

we arrived at los zocos in the afternoon.the hotel looked really nice,the reception staff were quite friendly.we were given a map to find our room which took about 10 mins.the room on the whole was ok the patio door wouldn't lock the rooms had no air con which was a bit of a let down.to the food!!! appauling is the only word to describe it,chips from the night befores tea for breakfast . ice cream 1 scoop alinclusive 3 scoops paying customers. the entertainment was a joke, a german woman who could hardly speak a word of english was in charge,it was make it up as you go along.the pools were ok. i wouldn't go there again if you payed me.
