This was our second visit to this hotel. The first time it was with Portland 7 years ago so there were other British guests, this time we were the only Brits, so we felt a little isolated.
Everything about the hotel is OK but-- we have stayed in better 3* and this is 4*. The choice of food was very limited but we did always find something to suit us. There were very few desserts to select.
Our room was kept clean but towels/bed linen only changed when I asked. All public areas very clean.
Pool area small but clean.
Last time we looked over the Bull Ring but it has gone now and only waste land there.
We didn't stay in for Entertainment or use the Bar.
