Unfortunately our hoilday was ruined by bad weather but we made the most of a bad week. We had no complaints where cleanliness was concerned our room were cleaned daily and new towel were given. however the food was a bit grim but we coped afterall you have to remember these hotels cater for large amounts of people. also it was a good way to lose weight.
The location was great although being two girls we were afraid to go out alone at night. the beach was really near and was lovely and clean even though we went there wearing jeans cause it was so cold.
The entertainment was very basic but fun and the lads who did it looked after us and made sure we werent taken advantage of. other staff were friendly too, apart from the waiter at the chickran restaurant who hassled you none stop to eat in his restaurant.
would definately go back if you could guarantee good weather.

Perhaps the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The standard of cleanliness was poor. On booking in we noticed the furniture was very grubby and this was continued throughout the hotel. The bed sheets and pillow cases left a lot to be desired. Mealtimes were chaotic. We must have changed tables about four times in the 10 days we were there. On two occasions we were asked to change between courses. The hotel was once smaller than it is now and more bedrooms have been added. However, the public rooms have remained the same size and so they get very crowded. The seating in the bar, if you can get a seat, is not very comfortable. The nightclub at the front entrance is not soundproofed and so, despite a request for a quiet room, we were woken every night by the noise coming from the club. We have been to Tunisia five times and we only stayed in this hotel because the hotel we normally stay in was fully booked. Had we known then what we know now, we would have stayed at home!
