the hotel was beautifully decorated and our room was comfortable and cleaned every day. the view from our balcony was fantastic overlooking the mediterranean sea and the mountains.the food in the hotel was lovely, prepared to a high standard of hygiene with something to suit everyones taste and we could eat as much as we wanted.the outside eating area was very romantic with pretty tablecloths and candles and soft music playing in the background.we could also eat food from the outside barbeque as well as the food from the buffet inside.although most of the staff could not speak very much english we found them to be always smartly dressed, friendly and helpful.we were also able to enjoy the hotels beauty and fitness facilities, and in particular the turkish massage which was available for a very small fee and we found it to be very therapeutic.the turkish bath, sauna and hot jacussi were all available to use for free. the hotels swimming pools were lovely.the entertainment in the hotel could have been better but we did enjoy a show overlooking the swimming pool and it was quiet relaxing and pleasant just sitting outside having a drink either on our balcony or in the hotels pretty gardens particularly as the hotel was mosquitoe free. the hotel rids its guests of these pests by spraying the trees. the hotel provided a regular shuttle bus service to take its guests to its own private part of the beach although this was within walking distance. cushioned sun beds and umbrellas were available free of charge.we would definitely visit this hotel again.

The hotel was clean,however the smoking floor looked old and in need of re decoration urgently.
The hotel food was very poor quality(we were staying half board)sometimes we saw discoloured and old meats still being displayed. The food choice was bland,and repetitive.
The hotel location was good and just a short taxi ride to town centre.
Hotel staff were not very well trained and were completely unhelpful. Management were also indifferent and uncaring to our reported problems and actually the customers services manageress was confrontational and was unhelpful at resolving any issues we had. Entertainment was ok.
We would not visit this hotel again as we paid extra money just to book into another one.(the sheraton voyager)as the hotel started to threaten us with
"putting us outside"the hotel and/or calling the police.(just because we complained about their hotel)
we were also told that"this is Turkey" and we can be in a serious position)so I think we did the correct thing and checked out.
We were bullied without a doubt,but as the guy said."you are in Turkey now not UK"gulp!...
