What a lovely hotel and only 20mins from the airport through the counrtyside.
The hotel and staff are very clean and pleasant.There is so much to do, not once did the kids say'i'm bored'. The entertainment team are fantastic for both adults and kids, they put on some great shows.
There are 3 large pools one with slides and always a sunlounger to be found. Make sure you wander down to the beach which is very quiet and stop at the snack bar on the way back for an ice-cream or 3!
The sea can be rough so not so good for little ones.
We didn't go into the village itself but be warned.. you walk along the river and this is where you get biten by the mozzies day and night. We used 'jungle Formula' from boots and didn't get bitten once, some people were bitten from head to toe.
If you fancy the Al a Carte book these asap as they do get very busy and if you need a late check out speak to reception asap.
We would go back to this hotel as you can do so much or so little whatever you want.

I've just returned from this fantastic Holiday Village (Iberostar Palace) and cannot praise it enough.
The presentation and layout of this complex is first class and is kept absolutely immaculate in all areas.
I had a jacuzzi suite room which was very spacious and smart in appearance. The room was cleaned to a very high standard daily with fresh towel change everyday too. The location of this room type is excellent as they're located close by everything.
The food was the best we've ever had on a holiday and had plenty of variety which catered extremely well for everyone.
All staff are all polite, friendly and cannot do enough for you.
There's a fantastic choice of pools to use from waterslides, childrens and jacuzzi pools etc. There's also plenty of sunbeds and parasols to go around.
The entertainment team work hard and are always friendly and on the go. The entertainment programme there is excellent with something always going on day and night and caters for all.
All in all I could'nt recommend this hotel enough, it was the best family holiday we've ever been on and we will definately be returning there.

This hotel was spotless. The food was fine although it could be repetitive. The thing that lets this hotel down is the location - Sarigerme village is a 20 min walk for adults but with small children 30-35 min walk and it is not that scenic. After a week it feels like Groundhog day.
To sum up this is fine if you want a holiday in the sun where the kids are entertained but not right if you want to experience the real Turkey.

the hotel was fantastic.very clean and something for everyone.We could not fault the food in any way.the location was quiet but nice. The staff were really nice epecially the young lads at the pool bar. There were never any queues and nothing was too much trouble.the entertainment was good although we didn't see a lot of it. We would definately use this hotel again.

As there are a number of reviews on this hotel I will try and only add things our party felt are important and maybe not previously mentioned.
Firstly and most important we had a great holiday and will probably return (which speaks for itself!), I could mention loads and loads of positive things, but this has been done on many previous reviews.
I will therefore try and list the things we have learnt from this holiday and will be aware of if we return.
Both adults had a Turkish Bath, which was fab (but remember to have it early on, as it removes dead skin... and some of your tan!), we also got the children (2 of them) a freebie thrown in, so remember to haggle.
We did the Mud Bath at Dalyan, again this was a great day and highly recommended. If you book this trip through First Choice the Guide (Yosh) was excellent and gave loads of info on Turkey which was really interesting.
The first stop is at a Turkish rug factory, which although interesting and the rugs are beautiful, they will give you the hard sell - at one point we had 5 people trying to convince us to buy a rug.
There are mozzies around, but with good protection, they keep their distance!!
Unfortunately we listened to previous reviews about the beach and didn't venture down there until our 2nd week, which was a real shame as it was very quiet, easy to get a sunbed and the water was lovely.
Although it might not be suitable for very young children, as it does get deep fairly quickly.
We are not early birds when on holiday, but still always managed to get sunbeds at about 9.30am (although not by the main pool), which was great.

We were adequately impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel overall.
We decided to visit the Italian restaurant it was quite a welcoming sight after the free for all in the main restaurant. Food was average. but must admit the kids did enjoy the pizza a little nicer than the one snack bar served during the day. Sunset restaurant well what can i say. Most staff were very polite and did their best to accommadate the over indulgent greedy people who had to eat enough food to sink a battleship. Sarigerme is an up and coming resort but at first glance i thought we had come to a set of a spagetti western my heart sank. This is our third visit to the hv and our first stay in the pegasos. Now they have decided to split the complex in half it has lost a lot of it's appeal. In our opinion the Tropical Palace was much nicer and better presented, rooms were much more spacious and appealing. Shops are quite expensive and they don't want to barter on the price so wait for the market.
On the hole staff were polite and helpful.
The entertainment staff tried hard to accommadate all but fell short in some aspects. If i heard (good times) one more time i was going to stick the mic were the sun don't shine.

The Pegasos Palace hotel in terms of cleanliness cannot be faulted, everywhere you looked there was someone cleaning or tidying tables etc. There was plenty of variety at meal times and again the staff were very attentive. The location was not the greatest, however as a family with two young children this hotel was ideal for us as we did not want to venture too far from the hotel. The entertainment for the children was good they enjoyed going to the amphitheatre at night to watch the shows,which were run by the First Choice entertainment team,they were interactive shows which involved the children. The kids club for them was also good, it was in a safe and friendly environment which our children enjoyed.

We stayed in the Pegasos Palace for one week at the very beginning of the season.
Our rooms were upgraded from a family room with kids den to two adjoining jacuzzi suites. The beds were made up and tidied daily and were spotless when we arrived. Our bags were delivered to our room quickly.
Check in was a bit awkard, the First Choice reps seemed to speak very little Turkish which I found strange. Often myself or my husband could get the information we required from the hotel staff easier than the reps semmed to.
The main problem with this hotel are some of the other guests- to us it seemed like a Butlins abroad- English language, money etc. We could have been anywhere.
Entertainment for the kids went down well, If you're not a bingo/kareoke fan you're stuck.

Just got back from a fantastic holiday, the Hotel is so clean inside & out, the staff work very hard & are very helpful.
The food was of a good standard,snacks,ice creams & drinks available all day long.
The themed restuarant needs to bebook but it is worth doing it both the food & service are great.
The reps & the entertainment teams work really hard & always seem to be around.
The only fault we could find (if you can call it a fault) is the price the reps charge for the trips.
If you want to do the trips go into Sarigerme, just by the Taxi's is Sarigerme Tours ask for Oz he will sort you out a deal. The reps wanted
