The hotel is ammuclate, and cannot fault the cleanliness. You will always see someone cleaning and the maid came everyday, changing the linen twice.

The food isn't the best, but your in Turkey and lot of people expect the same as English food - which very rarely happens. My family ended up living on the soups, pastas and salads as the meat and poultry wasn't the best. We did dine at the Italian and Asian Al A Cart restaurants and these were terrible. Avoid the beef starter in the Italian - its still got a pulse.

The resort it self is quiet. Everything you need really, is in the village. Stay well away from the First Choice excursions, as you are being ripped off. Go to the place in Sarigerme town, and its a lot cheaper and with insurance.

Entertainment was good, there different things for everyone.

The staff and Turkish people in general, are very nice and will help in anyway.

All in all, a great holiday and would definitely go back to Turkey and the holiday village.

Don't worry about the mozzies (which I did), just take repellent and your kids will be safe.

The accommodation was of a very high standard everywhere was immaculately clean.

We found the food OK for the first few days, but monotonous afterwards, huge queues at busy times in the restaurant, and bear in mind, its not full season yet!

Hotel staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly and aimed to please.

The entertainment team worked their socks off, and my son was a regular at the Wavelength club, couldn't fault the variety of activities.

The Spa is worth a visit for the Turkish bath, sauna etc, however the masseuse told me I had a problem with my neck requiring intensive massage therapy, requiring 3 visits each week, at a cost of

Nice clean hotel. Entertainment staff excellent, reception staff helpful, cleaning staff excellent, restuarant and bar staff unfriendly and a smile wouldn't go a miss.

Lovely clean pools and surrounding areas, can't fault the cleaniless at all. Food not to my taste at all and not good for kids as veggies have chilli's herbs and spices on them at every meal time including breakfast. We didn't have a brilliant holiday due to burns and sickness but the hotel itself is really nice but I felt there was a lack of atmosphere here, you are rushed over your meals, they start to put the sunbeds away about 4pm. Even the entertainment was on a strict timetable and kids games were left unfinished without winners and hardly any prizes given out for the kids.

Felt ripped off at the market at the hotel and in the town. Drinks at the bar were only half filled and any food that wasn't self service was sparse. The beach attached to the hotel is not very nice and we found a few bits of glass, so be aware.

Although the place is lovely and clean and efforts are made I didn't feel like this was a relaxing holiday.

Had an excellent weeks stay at the iberostar tropical.

We were in a jacuzzi suite that had loads of room for just the two of us.

The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels and bedsheets were left regularly too.

All the staff, cleaners, bar tenders, gardeners and entertainment staff were very hard working and always friendly.

The all inclusive bar was terrific and with plenty of options foodwise you could always find something you fancied.

Plenty of pools catering for all ages and loads of sunbeds to go round.beach was a short stroll away.

All in all, it was marvellous value for money and we would thoroughly recommend it to any holidaymaker.

We are definitely looking at returning to the Iberostar hotel chain as we were very impressed.

We were a bit worried about this hotel as we had heard some bad reports, but we didn't have to be worried. The transfer to the hotel was quick and simple and checking in was easy.

We booked just a standard family room and it was huge and very clean. The maids came in everyday and changed our towels and tidied up, which is a feat in itself as we arnt the tidiest of familes.

There was plenty of food every day, it did get a bit repetitive but then when you are serving about 10 dishes a day the choice does tend to run out.

The staff were very friendly and always smiling and the service was fairly quick.

The entertainment was ok, the staff did try their hardest to keep everyone amused.

We didn't use the kids clubs only the soccer school, this was good but the children are supposed to get a certificate at the end and go up on stage but they ran out of certificates on the last night and didn't have the guts to turn up and tell anyone so its fair to say quite a few young boys were very dissapointed.

If you book to go then go into town and book a jeep safari, we did and had a brilliant time, we booked with natura safari which is at the top of the street, they have the landrovers which are safer. They took us to some beautiful places and the people that run it are amazing, we have made good friends with them and are going to keep in contact.

If you are still not sure whether to book to go then don't hesitate and try it. We loved it

Mozzies, mozzies, mozzies we tried everything still got bit would go back tommorow if they could get rid of the mozzies. Apart from that we had a very relaxing holiday.

Would go on the jeep safari again do not book it at the hotel book in Sarigerme half way up main street on left Volarolla tours a lot cheaper than hotel and on any day not like hotel.

We stayed at the Tropical and mainly used the facilities there though we did use the Palace on a couple of days. Although we are not normally the sort of people to go to the same place twice purely because there are so many places to go in this world, we would go back to this hotel without a doubt and would recommend it to our family and friends. It was our first overseas holiday with our son (2) and the Tropical catered perfectly for our needs.

Yes the hotel was very clean. The waiters/waitresses were always tidying up after people in the restaurants. The maid service was every day and there were gardeners out every day doing something or other.

There have been a lot of bad comments here about the food which did concern me before our trip however, I think the selection was fantastic, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Lots to choose from: great salad selection, great desserts, great breakfasts, the omelette's were fab - freshly cooked as you watched. We never had a problem with undercooked meat. Yes sometimes the food was a bit on the cold side but it would help if people put the lids back after them!

I cannot really comment on the location of the hotel apart from that it is on the beach which was good although we were told the sea does dip away very suddenly so we never went in. I'm not keen on the sea anyway so it didn't bother me. Other than that I can't really say. If you're like us and just wanna go on holiday to chill out round the pool with the kids and a good book this place is fantastic. The pools were the best i've seen and so many of them! My son loved it although the big pool was to cold for me.

The staff were always very pleasant and always said hello to us and played with our little boy. As for the reps they were always about somewhere if we had any questions which wasn't very often.

Entertainment wise, there always seemed to be something going on during the day and as for at night it was a bit samey, kids thing first, then quiz, bingo etc. With a 2 yr old we didn't stay up that late so don't know what it was like later on. Some live music would have been quite nice.

As for the mozzies, we used Jungle Formula lotion in the evenings with no problems. No bites at all for the first week, however, in the second week the mozzies seemed to come out during the day as well when we didn't have the Jungle Formula on and that is when we got bit but only maybe half a dozen bites each - luckily our son was bite free all holiday! And we did take Boots bite and sting relief which relived the itching when the little blighters did get their teeth on us!!! Also lots of wasps which again seemed to get worse as the days went on. Although I would say the hotel were doing some sort of pest repellent operation on the last day we were there.

Overall we had a fantastic time and would recommend the Tropical. It was definitely value for money!!!!

The hotel was very clean. There always seemed to be staff around picking things up and cleaning.

There was plenty choice in the restaraunts but the food tended to not be very hot. lots of lovely salads and sweets. Did get a bit samey by the second week.

Staff were friendly but could have cleared and reset the tables in the restaraunts quicker.

The entertainment staff did a good job but would have been better if there was a two week rota for the shows and quizs. Plenty choice of swimming pools which kept my kids entertainted most of the day.

Worst All Inclusive I have ever been on...

The cleanliness of the hotel itself wasn't TOO bad...but it could have been better! The rooms were OK.. but to be honest they could have put better beds in the family rooms, thoses sofa beds are the most uncomfortable things I have ever sleep on and the bedding they give you for them is ridiculous!!

The food...cheap and nasty! ok if you want to live on salads and deserts... I am not saying I want chips, chips and more chips cos I don't like them neither did my daughter, neither did she want to live on salad and fruit... I like to feed my child a decent hot meal, but there you go!

Location...well I knew it was a bit remote before I went but this is in the middle of no-where...whilst the village is quaint i certainly didn't want to visit more than once! and because of the swamp it is built on and around I have never been bitten quite like here and I used 50% DEET!!! By the way watch your children, my daughter is now on antibiotics to clear a nasty ear and bites infection and cannot return to school at the moment.

Staff... 50/50 really. Those that were nice were absolutely wonderful but if you have the misfortune of crossing the path of the others watch out, they are rude and ignorant...and yes I said please and thankyou (even to the rude ones!) but to be ignored at the bar whilst they chat to their mates and then walk off and leave you is just not on in my books, and this happened to me on more than one occasion!!!

Entertainment... what entertainment?? Oh you mean the school productions in the torture chambers!!(and here I am talking reception class!!)...I have nothing more to say here as it could not be printed anyway - lol

Overall I paid cheap and got cheap!! my fault entirely but I have learnt my lesson...

ONE GOOD POINT (Shock Horror)...the pools were the best i have ever seen, it's just a shame they weren't a bit cleaner and warmer(but that was due to the time of year I suppose)
