Best Hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot through work and personal.
Do not book a sea view deluxe room.

The hotel is quite isolated which we knew already since it did state this in the brochure.
It was however very easy to get to the nearby town of Sarigerme since Reception would ring through for a taxi for you.
There are restaurants, gift shops and of course, jewellery and leather shops. There is also a cashpoint near the taxi rank.

This hotel was in the middle of nowhere, we were all bitten to death by mosquitoes, and have never been bitten before.

My daughter cut her foot open in the pool when a piece of loose tile went in and had to pay £50 for the privilege of seeing a doctor. To remove this tile, we got no joy off the rep. My son had an ear infection again had to pay £50 for the privilege for this to be treated, my daughter also caught herself on one of the slides and cut her leg open.

Have now been put off to all inclusives and also Turkey.

Going back to Cyprus again this year.

Difficult to comment on the cleanliness as it was still a building site when we left. Sarigerme is about a 20 minute walk from Pegasos Palace.

Up until this year they have only encountered German and Russian tourists. Small street with a number of shops and a couple of bars. Not much for children there, but the Turks are friendly and very hospitable. Protected beach as turtles frequent between now and September.

The local bus service is excellent, just raise your hand at the mini bus and he'll pick you up! Always agree a price before you get in, some will haggle so play it by ear.

The scenery is stunning, mountains to one side and the sea to the other. Dalyan is about 45 mins journey it can be a bit expensive by taxi, but try to get a Dolmus (bus) from Sarigerme that usually works out cheaper.

Jeep safari is great fun and gives you a look at real Turkey. Ask the operator in Sarigerme it's much cheaper than the hotel excursions. Sarigerme comes alive after tea and is cooler for walking around and shopping.

The beach was dirty and construction waste was dumped near. There is a sewage plant next to the private beach.

The road to the resort was only put in the day before we got there and we were the first bus to the resort.

The road was unsafe and the next resort was a good 30 minutes away down a construction site entrance.

Building works all around the complex made it dirty but the local village of Sarigerme was very quiet but nice and friendly, good food but very basic.

We half expected cowboys on horses to come charging though at any time!

Really it made a nice change to get away from the hotel for a while.

The resort itself is fine but very small.
The beach is more like a builders site.

Anybody going from Aug onwards will have a reasonable time
(not great but reasonable if tropical building work is finished).

In 2 action team were fantastic, outside of hotel was covered in dust and grouting powder all pools were covered in dust, work men were still tiling one of the pools, cables, tools, nails, holes, all over complex, entertainment was terrible, beach was not fit to go on due looking like a building site.

If this resort was in England the health and safety executive would have closed this place down.

First Choice are responsible for ruining our holiday and will expect a full refund.

Beautiful small village, traditional Turkey and easily accessible to Dalyan, Fethiye and Ortaca. Great days out to Sakklikent and Tlos.
Plus only 20 minute transfer,
