Hotel excellent really clean, rooms superb. Food and staff in restaurant excellent.
What a crowd of moaners have been staying there.
Food was available for most of the day - where do they put it all?
People who moan about distance from the beach should have checked this out before booking.
Entertainment could have been better but what's wrong with making your own fun.

What a fab holiday!
The kids club was excellent, my children were well looked after and well entertained.
The rooms were very clean and lots of space.
We found the food was very good considering your eating in a foreign country. My youngest child is very fussy about his food and we managed to find something for him everyday.
This was my 4th visit to benidorm and this was the best hotel I've stayed in.
We enjoyed it so much were back in June 05, bringing the parents with us.
No complaints here.
The kids club was excellent, my children were well looked after and well entertained.

An excellent new hotel with all mod cons facilities.The
downside was location,the food was basic and the entertainment suited for kids not adults.
We arrived to be pleasantly surprised by the nice new hotel blissfully unaware on how far away we were from the centre and the beach as this was our first visit to Benidorm.It's ok if you like a walk but you try asking 2 young kids to walk for 20mins to the beach in 100 degree heat.
The facilities were excellent i have to admit but you would expect that from a new hotel.My only gripe here is the gym was 2 bikes,1 treadmill and a weight multigym and these were all broken.
The food was ok but of the same standard as any 3 star hotel which we have been to before.
What i would have given for a great old british sausage
at breakfast time!!
The staff in general were very good and I would single out special praise for Daniel in the restaraunt and Jason from the entertainment team..Beware of the pool lifeguard though,twice i seen small children in difficulty in the pool and she never once spotted them..no wonder she had a large backside, she couldn't be bothered to get up off it.
To sum up i would say a very decent hotel in the wrong location.

This was our first trip to Benidorm it won't be our last. The hotel we feel could offer more in the way of entertainment for the audlts as the shows put on were mainly for the children. We would go back to this hotel in the future but it might be a good thing if they could improve on the food, though it was no trouble for the morning chef to make you an omellette if you wanted one. We thought this hotel should only be given a 3 star rating as the food was really the only thing we could fault it for. The pool area was well supervised by a lifegaurd from 10 in the morning until 6 at night, another good thing was that no lilos were allowed which made a great difference if you wanted to have a swim (so don't buy one). The rooms were very clean and the staff were all very helpful.Daniel and Victor were very pleasant and made the dining hall run very well.

Fantastically clean, new hotel, excellent pool facilaties with full time lifeguard (who brooked no messing) large dining hall, plenty of pool side beds. Rooms were very spacious all with balconies and Air Conditioning (100 so this was a blessing), Very helpful staff who could not do enough for you (I single out the restaurant in particular). Now the downside, Gym (laughable), Jacuzi (Cold), and If you go all inclusive keep in mind that in the bar you will be treated like 2nd class citizens, made to line up like school children, and any half boarder that appoaches the other 30 foot of bar (I didn't mention the 3 foot of bar space that is all you are allowed to use) will be served first and have drinks brought to their tables (just beacuse they are paying in cash)(the fact that you've already paid means nothing). Table service is not available to 2nd class.
Oh and I must mention the weekends when the local God botherers decend upon the hotel for their weekly prayer meeting in their hundreds, and take up every table in the bar and every minute of the bar tenders time (we were then demoted to 3rd class).
This is an excellent hotel, that is only let down by the Bar area. Yes I would return to this hotel, but I would expect to see major improvement in this area.

nice clean hotel staff friendly and helpful special mention to Daniel the dinning room.Food not my choice improved slightly when the god slot residents left.Location ideal 10 mins from beach front .Swimming pool fantastic pool towels an excellent idea.Entertainment at bit dissapointing in the evening but geared more for kids our son enjoyed the parrot show.We booked half board but upgraded to all inclusive which was excellent value for money.A few teething problems with electronic card entries but we alone in that.Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels no complaints there.

nice new clean hotel. evening entertainment very poor as were told hotel will not pay for decent acts. the selection of food in restaurant was pitiful and what was served for lunch was still being served for snack in evening. selection of children's food consisted of hamburger,pizza,hotdogs for 14 days. no snack bar in pool area, which is a must when you go on holiday with small children. the 4 foot of bar area allocated to allinclusive guests is degrading as you have to queue for your drinks like 4th class citizens considering that you have already paid for your drinks 6 months earlier while waiters attend to spanish guests at their tables and allinclusive guests do not get table service. attitude of restaurant manager was arrogant and unhelpful. after 5 days he informed us that a dress code of long trousers was to be put in place, but nothing is stated in brochure about long trousers. this hotel is a 4 star but would rate it a 2 star. alot of things need to be improved.

We have just returned from 1 weeks excellent holiday at this hotel, so much so that we have already booked again for next year.
As Katie was under 3 years old she attended Lisa's (kids club rep) creche sessions which were pre booked prior to our arrival. Katie thoroughly enjoyed each session, doing something different each time.
The mini disco and evening entertainment was the highlight of the day, the energy and effort of all the entertainement team ensured that all the kids were kept happy.
Occasional evenings we went into benidorm centre, the benidorm palace across the road provides a constant stream of cheap taxis into town.
The indoor pool only opens at 6pm - 10pm, the outdoor pool closes at 6pm, but many people stayed in the pool past this time.
Bar staff are always happy and eager to help and queues were minimal.
My only mini gripe was that the snacks should be replenished a little more often, as the afternoon session was quite long as evening meal doesn't start until 6.45pm, and sometimes food could run a little low.
But that hasn't stopped us from booking again for next year, and we are already looking forward to it.

The hotel mediteraaneo was a fantastic hotel,we thought that it would be hyped up when we saw it in the brochure prior to booking but when we arrived we were breath taken ,spotless ,new designed hotel with modern and spanish looks. The rooms were clean new and large even for a large family,STAFF were ok could do with some improvement,especialy in the restaurant as we found waitresses were sometimes a bit rude and rushing to get your plates cleared.food very good pool very good indoor pool not supervised and children running riot and messing with disabled equipment.Overall for us it was a very nice hotel i would recommend it,only 2 floors instead of the usual high storey hotel made access to your rooms not a million miles away,i would give it 9 out of 10........
