The severe flooding in Bulgaria has been mainly in the North Western part of the country, in Sofia and surrounding regions (several floods since June).

The Black Sea coastal region has not been affected in any sgnificant way.

I am in varna and have been to albena on several occassions. Over the last 3 weeks we have seen 2 days of raind one really heavy saturday the 20th and there was a couple of big puddles on the road from albena to varna but nothing unpassable the rain went off that night and everything was back to normal. The coast hasn't been hit by any of the floods that are reported inland. I was also in veliko turnovo and that was fine to.
