The pool was very small not like photos. The gym was not safe old equipment not working properly, no air co or any supervision.

The bars closed at 2 a.m I was told it was 4?

The food was very good in the hotel, the gala night was a meat eaters heaven. The Italian in the sister hotel was not bad. The mexican we could not eat and the service very bad.

A nice hotel but would not return myself.

Our room smelt a bit musty when we arrived, but apparently there had been lots of rain. Soon went though.

I think we were in one which needed modernising, nothing really wrong but other people we spoke to had fresh flowers, etc.

Food was very good and varied. Staff were mega friendly, felt like our family and entertainment staff worked very hard and were very enthusiastic. A la carte restaurants easy to book and very good. Beach transport could have been more frequent and beach bar needs updating, but a new one being built which could be for this hotel.

Couldn't really find anything to complain about except lots of mozzies, perhaps could have sprayed but we were overlooking the golf course.

We were not supposed to be in this hotel or resort, so had no pre conceived ideas. The hotel had cleaners and the room staff were pretty good. The pool area had no drainage so after washing the water had to be swept away to the grass area.

The themed restaurants (Italian & Brazilian) were good, but were not open every night. Food in the self service restaurant was good and well presented.

The hotel is a 'Tractor bus' ride away from a very nice beach (5 mins).
The staff are very friendly, but the reception desk staff let themselves down by not sticking to what they tell you (i.e. I'll ring back in 5 mins, and you have to ring back in 30)

Entertainment in the evening was well presented and the entertainers were very enthusiastic, but by the end of the 14 nights it was getting a bit repetitive.

We stayed here for 2 weeks, my wife is wheelchair bound, so we managed to get a ground floor jnr suite.

95% of complex accessile, food varied with mant theme resturants, adult only pool hidded away from the kiddies.

Mini bar was never empty

Coffee, fruit etc always topped up in room

Staff very attentive, they even layed on the company minbus for shopping as local taxi's could not cope with wheelchais.

Going back when health permitts
