Disappointing, we asked for a quite room but found our 'mountain view' was blocked by a tree and the only view was staff comming & going from work.
Lunch Buffet food much better than evening meals. There were supposed to be several restaurants to choose from but two of these were charged at full price with a small discount for not eating at buffet.
Good Location but there were large boulder on waters edge stopping you getting into the sea unless you could dive over them. Man made beach was poor. Easy to get into town by regular bus but difficult to travel elsewhere without a car.
Childrens entertainment early evening but waited until 10 pm didn't find show as we had hoped- not sure if there was one or if it began after 10pm.
Rats were seen running about in pool bar area while sitting there in the evening.

Standard rooms in Block one are a reasonable size for two people, bigger than a lot of standard hotel rooms. Its worth paying extra for a sea view (or seeing if they will exchange a mountain for a sea view if they are quiet during the off-season). The sea view from reception of this hotel is magnificent and all rooms on the sea side of the hotel have a similar view. The hotel is clean, staff are good, food is good. The taverna fish restaurant Limani is particularly good, the very small upmarket Italian restaurant was booked out in advance every evening we were there. The buffet is fine for evening meal. Avoid the pool side restaurant if at all possible, really disppointing food not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel and poor service.
I would agree that this is a good 4 star plus, not a five star hotel but overall its very good value for money and has a beautiful setting.

We visited this hotel last November and were so impressed. The food was excellent and we had a choice of 5 restaurants. The staff were attentive,helpful and very friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the gardens and grounds were beautiful. The beach was raked and cleaned regularly. In short, it was an excellent hotel maintained to the very highest standard. Although it is some distance from Paphos centre, there is a regular bus service and the bus stops directly outside the hotel.
