My Wife and I have stayed at this hotel for the past 7yrs (8 this September).
The staff are top class and the location perfect just across a service road from Sandy Bay beach.
The pool area is always clean, towels are provided for the sunloungers.
Yes the rooms are on the small side but who goes on holiday to sit in the room all day.
Ayia Napa night life is a 20min walk away so it's not noisy, there are small bars across the road.
Entertainment at the hotel is the usual Thompson Gold, some acts good others bad.
Food is plentiful and something for everyones taste (or should be) And the best part No Kids.
Go and try you won't be disappointed

I travelled with 2 friends to the Tasia Maris Gardens. The apartments were fantastic, they had everything you could possibly need in the room including a big balcony looking over the pool. There is a colour TV, big bathroom and all kitchen appliances. All linen and towels are changed everyday and the apartments are also cleaned from top to bottom everyday. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and optional air con in the lounge. Could not fault the apartment at all. Also, use the safety deposit box, it gives you complete peace of mind for all you belongings. Only

the rooms were very modern and very clean air condition worked so well we found it a little bit cold.very nice finishing touches in room ie roses in vase made you feel special.the food in hotel what we had was pretty good prices the same as in the resort.the hotel is idle for familys as it is within walking distance to resort,you can get a very good nights sleep as it is very quite at night.all the staff were very friendly and helpfull.not much in the way of entertainment at night but plenty of bars and restaurents nearby.the only fault we can say about our holiday was i am sorry to say this but the british people abuseing the sunbeds when there is no need to,we found people reserving sunbeds at 7.45 in morning and not actually using them untill late afternoon, the hotel has plenty of sunbeds to go around everybody so there is no need to do what they were doing.

I cannot praise this accommodation highly enough. Would like to point out firstly that the only reason I have given a 3 for the entertainment is that these are small apartments and do not have much entertainment, although you can go into the Tasia Maris hotel next door and watch it there (no children allowed, it is a Thomson

Came back 3 weeks ago wish I was still there.
Pool was nice.
Spent most days on the beach where it was slightly breezy which helped with the heat, everyone was very helpful and friendly especially bar staff.
Had a fantastic time.

Now into our 7th Year at this Hotel - that says it all
wonderful location, beautiful people and a stunning hotel - the staff are always friendly, polite and willing to help you on any questions raised.
The Tasia Maris has recently undergone a transformation its beautiful "walk in pool" with jacquzzi and playing fountains. "Gold" entertainment is very good but it is a case of "seen them before" especially if you stay at other "Gold" hotels.

We found the apartments, spacious, clean, plenty of room and in a very close location to everything. The staff were excellent, very friendly, hotel food was excellent, We enjoyed ourselves so much we've booked to go back next year July 2005. The booked the same day we arrived back, I'm sure that says it all, Fantastic Holiday!

The apartments are brand new, cleaned everyday and are excellently equipped.The pool area is fantastic and the advantage of such a small complex is there is no need to fight for sunbeds as there are enough for eveyone. the staff are friendly and very helpful and the food in the restaraunt excellent.the entertainment however I found was pretty limited. But well worth another visit.
