A lovely hotel. We knew where we were going as we saw it been built last year, however i did tell direct holidays that the brochure showed it nearer to fig tree bay. Fig tree bay can be walked to in 10/15 mins along the sea front or along the high street past the shops.The hotel was fantastic we stayed in the older block that has been renovated had a 3 beded room 2 balconies overlooking the beach and could see fig tree bay. The singing fridge can easily be stopped if you plug a piece of cardboard in the hole.Entertainment team were great! wait til you meet matt!!! More for younger children no darts, shooting or archery. football cards been sold round the pool every day did get on our nerves towards the end of the holiday and the pool water was really warm before we left. excellent weather.would go back again.

My family and i stayed here for two weeks in may , we travelled with panorama from dublin.
we didnt know what to expect at first as before we left we had only saw a brochure impression and not a photo , but when we arrived we were all well pleased with everything , our rep michelle was fantastic and seemed to know alot about the resort and also the area , i reccomend that if you visit here you give her a quick hello !!!!!!
anyway , food was fantastic in the pool bar as well as the resturant , rooms were clean and big , staff were fab , pool was excellent ....... !!!!!!!!!!
please visit you will be impressed !!!!!!!!!!!
only let down in this property is the entertainment ...needs to be improved !!!!!!!!!this hotel is 5 star standard ... the entertainment comes in at 1 star !!!!!

Hotel was clean and had plenty of space. The entertainment team were brilliant an kept the children happy. The singing fridge can be annoying and the light switch in the bath is actually a door bell!! Reception staff were helpful and didn't mind giving us a late check out for a small fee of 10 pounds which is helpful with two young children. We have already booked for next may and can't wait

We stayed in Rising Star Protaras our studio was on 3 floor we were the first to stay at these lovely apartment hotel everything about the place was perfect even the music when you open the fridge.
Staff brill except sour crout at reception has a bad memory bless her.
Cleaners work there cotton socks bless them.
Definitely go back.
