Just arrived home this morning. Spent 2007 ( new years eve ) over there absolotuly brilliant, they made such a big deal with celabrating new years eve!!
The waiters were brilliant and the restarant was also good only down fall for daughter was no baked beans!!
Lots of entertainment at the concord hotel but not much at concord sport same entertainment every night a little boring after a few days.
Weather was ok it was sunny during the day but very cold at night so make sure you take your coat.
We stayed at concord sport payed quiet a lot of money for this holiday(

First the bad points.
The food is good, but can be a bit repetitive.
The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired, I know the animation team work hard, but the singers sing the same song every night. How many times can you listen to the Titanic song, Lady in Red, and Eric Clapton?!
I wasn't happy with the All Inclusive deal. If you want a drink, it gets served via the glass, however, if you want a bottle i.e. water for your room then you have to pay for it. And it finishes dead on 23:00 - anything you want after that, you have to pay for. Also Russians, but least said the better
The Good Points.
It is ideally situated, and the staff are the most friendly I have ever met. If you make an effort to speak a little Arabic, they love it and take time to speak with you.
The food is nice, if repeated as said before.
We went on 3 trips - Arabian nights, very good and well recommend, quad biking in the desert, and jeep safari (including a 1 hour camel ride). Definitely recommend the jeep safari if nothing else.

We have just this morning arrived home from the hotel, we have had the best holiday that we have ever had. The hotel was superb, the staff fantastic, the food was good more than enough top satisfy your appitite, the location and the area were fab, we will be back again. My husband and I have been spoiled now from going anywhere else.
The only down fall was the fact that we had to return home, thanks to all the staff for a great holiday.

Our first visit to Egypt and we were really impressed, the Hotel staff were brilliant, know your name and what you drink after the first day.
Towel arrangements in the room were lovely, we had swans, love heart with petals, little men and a crocodile.
Staff at the Beach Bar were great especially Armed and Sandrey.
The snorkeling was out of this world and even in the shallows the fish were amazing.
We were disappointed with the noise on the Beach from the 3 diggers going on all day, we had had a letter 5 days before we departed from First Choice saying there was minor work going on and the Hotel was due to open in November, no way will this Hotel be open in November and no way was the work minor.
Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Arriving at this hotel we were impressed at once. It's friendly, clean and well run.
The food can become a little boring by the second week but there's plenty of choice and always something you haven't tried.
The hotel is spotless they even sweep the beach steps.
The staff are excellent especially at the pool bar, Gomaa and Amir and lovely.
The entertainment at night is good and if your not too shy go in for Mr or Mrs Concorde it's a good laugh. The noise from the hotel being built next door gets on your nerves a little.
The trips are amazing and well worth the money, we went on a boat trip, parasailing and the quad biking in the desert is not to be missed.
We would return to this hotel tomorrow.

I am 7 years old and have just come back from this hotel, I enjoyed the food very much.
The hotel is clean and its on the beach but I was in the pool a lot, I made friends with 2 fish called Bill and Ben in the sea.
All the staff asked me my name and would say hello to me every day. The kids club was good with lots to do during the day and a mini disco at night 8 till 9, I was asleep by 10 nearly every night.
I made lots of friends especially Jenny and Nicky who do the animation.

We can honestly say this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in the last 15 years.
The food was excellent and very well prepared - the hotel was spotless and the room kept in pristine condition. Only the balcony was dusty. The staff were most helpful and just love the English - they were polite at all times and always had a smile and loved to chat.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic holiday, and I will never understand how anybody could fault this amazing resort.
Food can maybe become repetitive, but the change from fish and chips or pie and mash is definitely appreciated.
The entertainment was more than enjoyable, with a range of themed nights and live bands.
The staff were amazing, friendly and fun (especially Gomaa). They always no your drink and serve it before you even have to ask. I spent most of the holiday at the pool bar, and laughed my way through 14 days.
The red sea is an experience your never forget and the under water world is truly outstanding.
Even the standard room I stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable and you are guaranteed to come back to freshly made beds and fresh white towels every day.
The beach is not sandy but the water sports offered are fantastic and if fast banana boats are not quite your thing, you can enjoy a relaxing Para-glide where your find a lovely view of the entire complex and surroundings.
Amazing trips are offered at affordable prices and definitely not worth missing.
Fantastic family resort, enjoyed every minute of pure luxury.
Would definitely recommend. You might even want to book three weeks so you can fit all the amazing experiences in and still enjoy the relaxation.

We visited this hotel for our wedding anniversary. The hotel was excellent. This was our first time in egypt and did not know what to expect. The staff could'nt do enough for you, rooms were cleaned and bed sheets changed everyday. The food was excellent with a wide variety ~you certainly would not go hungry.
The best thing to say about this hotel is that it is superb and excellent value.
