There is no entertainment to comment on but there is so much on offer nearby but I would give a big thumbs up to the Alexandros Taverna left along the beach with beautiful bay view and fantastic food and service.

Ask for a room at the rear of the property otherwise you will be disturbed by road and bar noise. Nikos Taverna - lovely hosts and good food.

I absouloutely loved Corfu Im only 15 but I thought it was great, expecially the entertainment at night!

Drew who I thought was unbelievable, so energetic, great at singing and dancing and so so cute!

I loved all the entertainment didnt miss one night.

I thought that the food wasn't bad but had to eat the same thing over and over again but free ice cream is always good!

The hotel was really clean and our room was not bad. I loved the pool even though the salt water one did hurt my eyes but I did love playing water polo in the other pool.

Roda is a small, quiet seaside resort in the centre of the north coast of Corfu. It is a lovely quiet relaxing place.

You will find people relaxing in one of the many bars, sunbathing on the sandy beach or relaxing by the pool during the day. In the evening you have a good choice of places to eat out or enjoy a drink. Lots of places have sports on TV, bingo and quizes, karaoke and there are a couple of slightly busier bars which stay open late.

A short walk along the beach, which turns to pebbles in this direction brings you to Acharavi. You will find more pools and places to eat along there. A short car ride away in the other direction brings you to Sidari which is a little busier in the evenings and well worth a trip to see the canal d'mor if you have not been before.

If you get bored with the resort itself you can book many trips locally and much cheaper than through tour operators, or hire a car or bike locally.

There is horse riding, go-carts and a bouncy castle available for young children in Roda.

Roda has quite mixed nationalities visitng and living there which is nice.

I have been to many Greek Islands and visited many places in Corfu and would go back to Roda again any day.

Alexandros Apartments are very clean and situated a mere 5 minutes walk from resturants and the beach. There is also a resturant on site which serves lovely meals. I found the beach dissapointing as it was more pebbles than sand but if you are willing to walk for a sandy area then I suggest you walk further down the sea front.
I would most certainly visit Alexandros Apartments again.

The resort was ok but we visited beginning of May so not everything was up and running. There was a great mini car track for our youngs sons - we visited ths everynight before we ate - for about 2/3 euros the kids got 5 mins each.

We spent much of our time roaming round the town and beach but im afraid we didnt sample the food as we chose to eat at the hotel.but the resort had plenty to do with shopping boat rides and the tavernas for night time, i found it n excellent resort and hotel

nice quiet resort, however as we are quite young it just wasn't for us. Everything is very tidy and the beach is good

The resort was very clean and extremely quiet for August. The entertainment consisted of a comedian, a drag queen, film/music quizzes and kareokes. There were big screens in many bars overing coverage of English football games and the offer of excursions were plentiful. The beach was quite small but did the job and there were many other beaches that were fantastic 15 minutes away by car. There were no yobos and loud music at this resort and was definitely suited to families.

The resort of Roda was lovely. Plenty of bars, tavernas, restaurants and shops. Everything is quite close together so no long walks, but the beach is miles long and very picturesque for a lovely stroll. Pedaloes and jet-skis for hire. We went to some excellent restaurants, the food was superb in most. A 3 course meal with coffee and drinks for 2 people was less than 40 euros. There are lots of cats and dogs roaming free but they are clean and healthy and they don't bother people. We had a lovely time in the resort itself. It's clean and safe.

Roda is a small village with wall-to-wall tat-shops and English `theme' pubs, ok if you like that kind of thing.

Would'v like to have found a Greek `theme' pub,but guess there's no call for it. Resteraunts in the village are good and worth a try, even if you're all-inclusive as they're quite reasonably priced.Reccomend the `Inigma' resteraunt,top-nosh!!

The beach at Roda is gently shelving and gets quite rocky further out,not bad for snorkelling but not great. Why not try a pedalo? It might even work properly and not break-down half a mile from the shore so you have to jump-off and swim it back,or try one of the submersible canoes on offer, all genuine 1970's vintage! Bloke that hires them out is a laugh though.

This holiday is not for everyone, but if you need entertaining, like to join in, and aren't bothered about the quality of the `sports' facilities, you will enjoy Roda beach.

Aqua park was good,Corfu town was like Roda only with more tat shops and the women will insist on visiting every single one, even though they all sell exactly the same thing.

Definately wouldn't go there again, but don't let that put you off because I'm a miserable sod!
