Have never stayed in such a wonderful apartment. We could have lived there happily. Two storey apartments, all south facing with huge lounge and terrace, good kitchen and downstairs shower room. two good bedrooms and a good bathroom. The rooms were kept extremely clean and there was so much space for everything. There was an iron and ironing board and plentiful wardrobe space.
The staff are so lovely and friendly and very very child friendly.
Entertainment was good. Had good karaoke and singers etc.
Location is fine - good beach within walking distance and the communal pool was great.
However, would recommend hiring a car - but I would recommend that anywhere on the Algarve - unless you want a lazy time by the pool or beach.

We stayed for 2 weeks the accommodation is fab lives up to brochure although being a 4 star I expected air cond would be part and parcel, but this was 35 euros per week.
The pool was fine no fights over sun beds although they were strict in that no balls or lilos allowed.
Entertainment was poor(best thing was the parrot show) but the staff were great especially Tony behind the bar. The beach was lovely but quiet a walk from the hotel.There are some places to eat around, the chinese above the super market was brill and good value for money.
Albufeira is only 5 euros in a taxi to both old town and the strip. All in all we had a great holiday.

The townhouses themselves are superb, very functional and clean. The apartments have large terraces allowing for a degree of privacy. There is a mini market on site with a good selection of items and a bar near the pool with a snack menu (albeit a little limited). In general the hotel is very pleasant, however there are a number of rules which must be strictly adhered to, especially in the pool area. It spoilt the holiday.

The description in the brochure is accurate, definitely worthy of the 4 star rating. The houses are excellent - fully fitched spacious kitchen, large bathroom and bedrooms and a combined lounge/dining area. The terraces have table / chairs and are large.
In high season, probably not enough sun loungers round the pool but show me a hotel that does !. Pool bar and staff excellent, serving usual snacks throughout the day. The restaurant is subcontracted out - we didn't use it simply because we found an english bar up the road that did english food ( 2 fussy eating kids).
The downside of this complex is it's lack of evening entertainment. The bar has 18 seats so there isn't really space for any entertainment

The first thing that strikes you when you first reach the Apartments is their brilliant value for money. The pool was large and never overcrowded even during the peak times as were the sun loungers - always a space. The only down side to the apartments was the location in relation to both the Old and New towns of Alebuferia. They do run a courtey bus that is of minamil charge, but it only runs to the Old town and at "unpeople friendly" times. The staff were great and always helped with a smile. The apartments themselves were huge with a vey high ceiling in the living/dining area so it allows air to circulate, the lack of air conditioning isnt a bother. The bedrooms were a good size and airy. The kitchen was fabulous not like those pooky kitchenette things that you normally get, this one was seperate in its own room. The beaches in the area were spectacular - Coalia etc.
