Resort very clean, well kept. We found the beach to be quite clean, but found lots of but ends of ciggies on the sand and when your playing with your children you really don't want to be cleaning the but ends before playing.

The sea here has lots of rocks as well so by warned, they can cut your feet if your not careful.

Resort entertainment very good. At the end of our road was "Vinces BBQ" which for 5 Euros your child can stay as long as they wish on the bouncy castles, slides, trampolines and activity centre.

Very good value. Also drinks there buy one get one free!!!

Love this resort it is so nice and is great for families and couples alike, lots of shops and quite a few bars, horrah for the old tavern spent some time in there!

A taxi into san antonio town costs approx 7 euros also water taxis are 2 euros per person each way.

Playa bella bar on seafront ie excellent great entertainment and friendly waiters, places to eat I can recommend are Oasis Bar near Playa Bella and Johnnys bar and a place called pint pot also on seafront.

A taxi to ibiza town is approx 22 euros very pretty in old town but watch out for drink prices on harbour.

A visit to a beach called Calla Bassa is a must 8 euros by water taxi the sea crystal clear. Would most certainly return.

The resort was very pretty in the day time with nice clean sandy beaches and nice shallow water which is ideal for small kids.

Although we didn't leave the resort there did appear to be lots of boat trips from the harbour each day visiting locals beaches etc.

Obviously in the evening the centre of San Antonio comes alive with bars and clubs which is perfect if that is what you came for. Whilst out in San Antonio centre in the evening there was stories of people having bags snatched and pick pockets, so keep an eye on cash etc. If you like things a little quieter then there was some nice bars and restaurants on the outskirts of San Antonio.

The beach was perfect, but if you have a pram dont even bother to take it, it was a nightmare. Lifeguard was on duty there all the time, some people have used it as an ashtray though! I always took an empty bottle and used that. There is a little bar next to the supermarket place, its lovely for a quiet drink. Do not use the pool there as it is for the adjoining hotel.
The walk into San Antonio was lovely, if you walk the scenic route it takes approx 30 mins or more, if you have small children i do not recommend walking the rocky way. The quickest route is to stick to the main road and practically straight accross the roundabout, this takes 15 mins.

We stayed in the middle of the bay and the town, the beach was lovely and clean most of the time, sunbeds tho will be different prices up and down the beach as the hotels and bars all own different sections. The sea was quite warm and clear. Very lively in the town at night. you do get people hassling you to go to their club/bar. If you see the lady trying to preach run away, she never shuts up even if you are paying no attention to her! Lots of poor cats around they are mostly all sweet natured. Dont go to bocatta express, its rubbish if you want anything apart from icecream.

we traveled to san antonio bay with our 2 young children it was great, the place is kept very clean, we saw men cheaking the walkway every day for any hazards and they were fixed immediately also the beach was combed every couple of days so it was lovely for the kids to play on. the only thing i found a problem was some bars were a bit reluctant to let us in as we had pushchairs and there wasn't much room however we did find a lot of bars that catered for children with soft plays and trampolines (you had to pay for these)these bars did quizes and bingo ect. not the entertainment we were expecting but the kids were happy and that was good enough for us. we would go to san antoinio bay again, probabley self catering so we could try the restaraunts and maybe without the kids so we could try the night clubs!
