I stayed at this hotel for two weeks with my husband and one year old daughter, I think we were lucky to be placed in Minerva 2 as I dont think we would have enjoyed it as much if we were in one of the further apartments. When we arrived (four hours late, please note for those with small children the transfer time is closer to two hours rather than one)we were suprised by how clean the room was. We could go to our pool at around 8.30am and still find loads of sunbeds left although the pool can be a bit manky at times. I was bitten a lot by mosquitoes ans still have some bruising and marks left. Thought the location was great and this resort is perfect for families, we spent all of our nights outside of the complex. There is a fabulous bar called cheers where shrek and bella from the tweenies kept our daughter entertained and shine pub is great for a full breakfast. I would definately come back next year and recommend this to anyone as a cheep and cheerful holiday.

Bellvue ideal location not far from shops and short walk to the beach, stayed all inclusive food basic, food not worth the money ended going out most nights to eat at chmpions restaurant great staff good food. Show gardens very good (abba, robbie williams, disney and high school musical) mossies very big problem all week. BIG word of warning lada II complex not very safe at all my son and his family and brother-in-law and familys apartment was broken into the back window to these apartment are not secure, not secure at all, jst to think our grandchildren were sleeping in there. Big let down to airtours and bellvue , anyway got moved to lada III never go back to bellvue again so if your staying in lada II check tour windows or ask to be moved

Just to to think our grandchildren were sleeping in there, big let down airtour reps and bellevue managers who seemed to have known about these windows for a while. anyway got moved to leda III would never go back to bellevue again. So if you are staying in leda II check your windows or ask to be moved. AS ALL WINDOWS THE SAME IN LEDA II EVEN WHEN LOCKED YOU CAN GET IN.

Sorry for such a glum report but thought people should know about these windows.

We stayed in Minnerva 2, on arrival we were kept waiting at reception for over 1 hour to be checked in. After requesting a pool side view at home we were allocated a room on the third floor facing the main street, this was very disapointing, also first impressions were that the room was not very clean. Room we felt was very basic and more suited for a self catering group. We were led to believe that we would be alocated a studio this is not what we got. We were told prior to going that rooms were air conditioned this was not so, also towels were only given out every other day which I feel is totaly unacceptable. Food in general was acceptable there was always plenty of choice. The grounds were set out very well, nice pool areas, pleasant surroundings, but the lake did smell quite a lot, and 1 evening on the way to dinner we saw rats swimming in the water beside the restaurant. I feel that this comlpex is more suited to families with young children. I would not hesitate to visit Alcudia again but I would not be staying in The Bellevue Holday Village again, and I certainly will not be recommending it to anyone else.

My whole family went to bellvue in september. We arrived late in the night and we had to take our own suitcases to our room which was quite a long way. My mum got help with her bags.

We stayed in sirena 1 which was centrally located not too far from everything but the rest of my family were placed really far from us but there was a shop close to them. We were quite pleased with our room it was clean and it had everything we needed as it was only to sleep in. Towels were changed every other day but you have to put them in the bath.

The pools had alot of clorine in them and stung your eyes a little and the pool areas could do with more cleaning but considering how many people were staying at the hotel they seemed to be doing well.

Food was pretty good and we always found something to eat lunch seemed to better than dinner the only complaint i had about the food particuarlly breakfast is that it could of been hotter.

Entertainment was ok but it got a bit boring it started quite late the best one i thought was westlife then abba then the jacksons. The staff did alot of entertaining and although they really tried i think they should just get entertainers in.

Location ideally could be closer to the beach you can walk which takes about 15mins if you dont stop at any of the shops or you can get the boat which runs every 15 mins and costs 3 euros pp return inc your little ones which i thought was bad.

There are plenty of shops outside the hotel but they are really expensive and saw us british coming a mile off.plus they all seemed to be selling the same thing so i got a bit boring after a while. If youre thinking of going self catering theres plenty of restauants.

True there are rates that live in the walls of the lake but this is because people keep chucking bread in to feed the fish.

Staff seemed relatively pleasant overworked underpaid and fed up wit us english more likely but if we needed anything they always helped.

Gnats not mossies was the worst thing about this holiday they drove us mad i was bitten 12 times and my sister much more my sisters little boy got bitten all over his face yet my husband and step dad didnt get bitten once. We had a insect light in our room i reccomend this especially if you want the door open at night as mossie cream/spray wont stop them altogether.

I would go back to bellvue again it was such a cheap holiday i got what i paid for.

On arrival , was amazed at the size of the complex,
We booked 3 rooms ( 3 couples ), but were only allocated 2 rooms , meaning we had to share with our friends , which wasnt the problem, but why get confirmation for 3 rooms, when this holiday was booked on 1-1-2007, and only get 2 rooms 9 months later when the complex was not full!!
Accomadation was in in Fedra 3, clean rooms , spacious, good job considering we were sharing, in a quiet location.
Pool area could have been kept a bit more clean and tidy, but it was coming towards the end of the season.
Staff friendly, but position of Fedra 3 was right at the far end of the complex, still it kept you in trim -ha ha.
Would consider a visit again.

Stayed in Bellevue apartments on the 24 september 2007 for 1 week with my husband and son. It was ok but wont do all inclusive again as there was plently of eating and drinking places. Beach was good very shallow for little children.

We stayed in Sirena 2. Studio for two,did exactly what it was meant for. Clean, compact, great views across the lake.

Went self catering, but there was loads of places to eat because the hotel is right on the commercial strip.

Staff were friendly and entertainment fine, unless it was cold or wet.

Will be back when the grandkids are older.

the hotel all in all was good rooms were ok we stayed for ten days but we only got our room cleaned 3 times and once the maids gave us the same dirty sheets.me and my friends got bite so bad by the mosquitos we lived in the chemist everyday.we ate out everynight so i dont know wot the food woz like in the hotel.the location woz great lots to do and the beach was a 10mins walk.we didnot see all the swimming pools but the one near us woz great.the entertainment was ok more for the little ones.i would come again but i would have to go to the chemist first to stock up on mosquitos products.

we stayed on the bellvue complex and hated every second of it the swimming pools weren,t cleaned correctly and my 5month old had ants in his cot when went to complain i was told that theres nothing that could be done abiut them and we were eaten alive by mozzies and the smell of the canels was horrible and to see dead fish in the canels was upsetting for my children i would never ever go to that part of spain again and the maids came and put clean towels in my
apartment once in 2 weeks so i went out and brought towels myself
