Didn't really go into Alcudia as we enjoyed the hotel but we did go along to Mura, 10 minutes walk and came across Posh Paddies which had a top class entertainer, Brendan O'Brian performing. The guy is brilliant and could play just about any instrument as well as being a very good singer, highly recommended.
The beach is stunning, miles of beautiful sand, perfect for leisurely strolls.

nice resort, lovley beach, nearly white sand, clear sea shallow and flat quite far out, sunbads were 9 euros for 2 and an umbrella, but lots of people just had there towle on the sand too. plenty or shops and restraunt some bars, but think you need to go to near by alcudia main town 20-30 minuet walk or short taxi ride for more of a night out, went through on the coach and seems like it would be livley at night.
nice and clean area, easy acess, flat, found some of the restraunts when i looked at the prices to be a little expensive (but we do like to have a starter and a main when on holiday, maybe not so bad if your just looking at a main or just have 2 or 3 courses on one offs) but this could be due to the euro not been brill at the mo, there were a few offering deals like children eat free, and set menus, was told it would be cheaper in the main town but didnt try this.

Alcudia has a lovely beach and a very pretty port, but the shops are full of cheap rubbish, and there are too many British bars, it's like Blackpool in the sun.
If you do want to stay in Alcudia then the port area is your best bet with good Spanish restaurants offering great food at good prices, avoid the English end of town, it's over priced and all frozen food.

The resort was close to everything that you needed, just a short walk to the beach although the road was busy but all in all the resort was friendly.

Alcudia is a very family friendly resort with loads for kids to do and the beach is lovely. We didn't see any of the entertainment so I cannot comment on that.

Regarding the cleanliness it is a great differense from Sweden but it is still rather good for being abroad. The water and the beach was clean and beautiful! Don't know about entertainment but there are lots of nice restaurants - just observe if the meny says pp, than the price is per person.

alcudia is a good place for families overall the people were all very friendly and the beach was very clean

This is the 2nd time we've visted Alcudia and certainly we will visit again. The beach is absolutely gorgeous ith lovely clear blue sea.

The resort we stayed in was quiet and peaceful and very clean.The beach was lovley with a warm sea which was crystal clear and with NO seaweed in it!!Theres a big bridge with wooden blanks on it.The bridge overlooks the sea and boats.
