Most apartments are private and let direct with owners or brokers. Stayed twice at complex and had nice holidays however with hindsight, its a bit "concrete jungle" and not to well laid out.
Beware that if private let the staff at reception will NOT talk to you should you have any problems and will only state " private contact the owner not our problem" so make sure you know who to contact in emergency and make sure as these contacts change without notice!!
Will not be returning as there are better in area if you get out and look.

These apartments are in an ideal location just one minute to the beach and very well equipt for self catering we had an oven, microwave, iron and board, English tv (bbc 1 itv 1 etc ).
The room was clean and maids came every other day with towels and bedding changed every two days. When we arrived we were given a one bed ground floor apt but the balcony looked out onto a wall so we asked to change room, there were no rooms available until day after we were then given a one bed just by the pool the reception staff were lovely and helpful.
The really nice view rooms are all 2 beds I gather, and have a brilliant view from their roof terraces. There is no restaurant at the los olivos but a very nice pool bar but it shut around 6pm I would definitely stay here again P loved it.
It is a time share place but as we booked it ourself off the internet we were not bothered by any time share meetings.

The apts are in main private owned not used by major tour operators. You will be able to book through a variety of private owners.
We booked through Eurosol and got a great apt with "garden" think the only one with a patch of grass which was great for lying out with relative privacy. Nice area, the apt block is a bit "concrete city" but am going there again in April 08 as location and overall apts nice, safe and good nosh nearby. Good location and nice walk to Port Colon harbour if into water based activities.
