The Hotel itself is very nice - no complaints there. But the main problem was with the Spanish staff. Whilst we stayed there numerous amount of apartments had been broken into with money / other items stolen. The main reports was with the cleaners leaving the rooms open after they had cleaned it. Be very careful with leaving valuables around the apartment.
The location of the hotel if you are a family and don't wish to go to 'Americas' or 'Cristianos' is fine, but you will definately need a taxi into the lively resorts ! We dared to walk it on a few occasions and it takes around 25 minutes ! Just what you need in 100 degrees weather !!
The hotel staff seem to fine with families nad children, but they seem to stick their noses up at all male groups, like they had only one opinion of them and that they didn't need to be helpful for them.

from what i had seen and heard of this hotel before we travelled we were very much looking forward to this holiday and apart from the card system had no complaints about it at all,until our last night when our apartment was robbed along with 3 others,passports,tickets,watches,jewellery,perfume,camera,cash and even a pair of trainers and socks were stolen with no sign of break in we can only put it down to someone in the hotel with keys(maids),however my wifes vanity case was miraculously handed in with just the tickets and passports in and was delivered to us at the airport as we were just about to fly home on emergency passports and tickets,when we reported the robbery no one was interested and our rep did not even seem shocked or really interested,now i know why,i will definately not be returning to oasis golf again.

stayed for 1 week,lovely and clean,very expensive,staff ignorant.check your recipts carefully,if you have small beer they charge for a large one this happend 3 times yo us.everything has a service charge,even when you queue for ages at the bar.pool nice plenty of sun beds,pool bar ok if they can be bothered to serve you .supermarket ok but relly expensive.nobody seems to smile on this complex.entertainment not brill but we went out at night.it is a fair walk to civilisation taxi 3 to5 euros.would not return staff need some happy lessonsand to stop taking advantage of card system.

Have just come back from a fortnight stay at the Oasis Golf resort and had a fantastic time. The complex is immaculately clean, staff are efficient and we had no problems at all! However, 4 people to our knowledge had fallen as the floors within the partmenta and poolside are extremely slippery when wet!
Be prepared for a hefty walk to the resorts and be aware of the taxi fares - the same trip was never the same proce twice!! We had no problems with any theft and am surprised to here this as security deposit boxes are safe and really cheap. We would definitiely go back and are contemplating it for next year.

After flying with First Choice and having a very good flight it took us just 15 mins to get to the hotel, what bliss after a 4.30hr flight.
First though what a nice hotel but out of the way which I knew anyway.
Room took a time to get ready but you can sit and have some wine and look over the great pools. Pack the kids swim things last and while you have a drink in the nice warm weather the kids can get in the pool. It was August so hotel was full, your rooms may be ready.
We had a 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, number 42. It was great and the roof top garden was just so big but you have to ask for the key.
This has to be the best apartment that I have stayed in yet and I would say to anyone book it.
Clean, well they never stop cleaning and the staff are great.

We were always looking forward to going to Tenerife for the night life. It was a brilliant all round holiday.
The staff at the hotel were brilliant and the entertainment was quality.
We are going to go back soon because it was so good. If anyone gets the chance to go then don't have any second thoughts, JUST GO!!!!
It is boiling hot 24 hrs a day and you won't get fed up with anything.

This hotel was brilliant, the hotel was cleaned everyday. Cleaners clean round the pool area and the apartments were cleaned really well. The hotel was extremely clean. The food was brilliant and the amount available was great, there were vending machines and a supermarket where you can get whatever you need. The location of the hotel was good aswell, just a short walk to los christianos, where you can go for a night out and a meal. There are taxis waiting just outside of reception all the time. The hotel staff are very friendly and speak good english, they want to help make the most of your holiday aswell. The entertainment was brilliant and was run by 1 person and run really well. Not many faults in this fantastic holiday.

Having read the reports before i find it hard to believe we went to the same place.while we were there,five apts were broken into we also found out that 7 were broken into the week before.Stuff was going missing out of rooms.On our final day we were due to leave our room at 12 noon we took our cases up to reception we returned to our room at 10:30am to find the maid in our room going through our hand luggage.Security were called but hotel manager didnt want to know.
Also entertainment some nights was non existant.waiters never smiled and were never happy.The hotel cleanliness was good.Resturant onsite(very exspensive not alot of varity)The hotel location was poor.we would never return to this hotel.

I must say we were very pleasantly surprised with the Oasis, Although it is only 4 star, it is of very high quality, probably the best "package" apartments we have stayed in. The rooms were excellent and of a high quality, the complex was immaculate with the cleaners doing an excellent job, though they did forget to come to our appartment on a occassions, though this was not typical. Staff were excellent, on site catering was ok, if a little limited on selection. The credit card system of payment worked well, though it is a good idea to check your balance every day or so. Entertainment wasn't so good, but apparently First Choice are taking the complex on and entertainment should improve. On the down side, some appartments were broken into, but only those that backed on to the main road. The hotel did bring in extra security. The hotel has a safety deposit area which is very secure, so there is no need to suffer at the hands of criminals. This is where the credit card system is a winner as all you cash can be left in the safe, You have been warned. The location suited us fine as it was only a few Euros in a Taxi to the resort centres of Americas and Cristianos, but the hotel was quiet at night, so you could sleep. I would definately go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful. The apartments were excellant although we di d have a small infant in the party and the split level apartments would have benefited from the provision of safety gates. If booking this hotel, it is advised that families with buggies request that they are booked into a low level apartment to prevent the requirement of climbing up steps. The hotel is built on a hill but does not have any lifts between the levels.
