The hotel was really clean there was no dirt and the maids came in 3 times a week.
The food was a bit dull we ate there once and it was very plain, but there is a barbeque twice a week.
It is fun going down the hill but tiring going up but a taxi from town to the complex costs 6 euros so it is not expensive.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
The entertainment was excellent there was something for all ages.
This was the best holiday we had ever been on we all met friends and had real good laugh.
Don't belive any of the bad reports because it is a lovely place and there isn't any cockroaches and the hill isn't that bad

With a sad note we add this report and im glad there are web sites like this one who feel they can give a total view to all.
I would like to say that the young ones and groups would not mind this place Laguna Park two if they are only there for a week and are drinkers.
And bring surf boards with them for the hills the steep walk up to the apartments from the town are not for elderly folks at all or people with heart problems or who are not fit. The apartments where cleaned every other day. The maids always said ola.
The steps down to the apartments where very slippery and the steep slope in the complex you could break your neck on.
The travel agents who promote this Laguna park need taken out and shot for miss quoting this place as a good resort. The beds where crop to lay on the springs wrecked your back and knees. You only got ten minutes of hot water from the showers so shower together quickly.

Very nice hotel. Clean inside and out and not a bug in sight. Staff are helpful which was good because the reps were far from it! and entertainment was good. Had the bbq in hotel, very enjoyable. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties, cardiac hill isn't the nicest to walk up but a taxi from the town was only three euros, well worth it! we went in December and it was still very warm but pool was freezing, jumping into into it fairly got the heart going. Poolside bar is very reasonable for snacks, on site shop was a bit of a rip off though.

I stayed at Laguna park 2 with my 2 friends in december for a week and we had an excellent time we would definatley visit again. The Rooms were clean and the Maid service was very good. The entertainment was great with fashion shows, dancers, kareoke etc great fun for all ages. The pool side bar and loungers were great plenty of room so you can relax and kick back around the really nice big pool twas a bit cold like but hey you cant win em all but id give the place a 9/10 rating because of the hill and how far it was from the main bars and restaurants but all in all its a great place to get away highly recommeneded

We found Laguna Park II a real disappointment. It was overrun with cats - you had to keep appt door closed all the time or they would wander in!. Apartment was very basic. We were welcomed with a flooded kitchen. The fridge was on it's last legs. We were left wtih a mop and bucket to sort out ourselves. Entertainment staff did try their best though. Paid little for the holiday and got what we paid for!!

i just thought id like to say that the reviews here are very mixed. the hotel is situated on a hill and yes it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. however when you book this accomodation just look at the brochure in more detail. the reps where getting an earful constantly from older people due to the hill. it states in the brochure not suited for people with walking difficulties so why book it. the reps then charge you if you wish to move accomodation but remember it isnt the reps that are charging you but you have to pay the contract price in the brochures why would they give you a free change of accomodation you booked the hotel that said in the brochure about walking difficulties and you took that chance. the cleanliness isnt the best in the world but it sure isnt the worst and the apts are cleaned every day of the week i just think you need to look at expectations and what you would expect from your holiday before reading what other think

we,ve been to luguna park hotel now 4yrs running the place is great. staff are great and helpful they even remember us as soon as we enter in to reception.
entertainment is fab.i take my two neices every year back to lugunapark2. they have fab time. ones 13 and the other 14. the pool is spotless and the size is great.
the rooms are clean the maid service is exellent.the shows they put on are out of this world. we havent watched the same show once since we,ve been going there. the reps the 3yrs we,ve been there have been fab.
we have recommended this hotel and a lot of family and friends have tryed it for themselves. they have come back and also said how mich they enjoyed. we ourselves are going back again this year in weeks time and we will keep going back .well done lugunapark2 keep up the good work the staff makes the holiday and the entertaiment fab fab fab

Me and my family stayed in Laguna Park 2 and were very disappointed. We got to our apartment and found cats sitting on the beds and cockroaches everywhere we thought it was disgusting.
And the hill is massive.

the appartments were surpringsly clean, after what we had been told , the location is not great but its away from any trouble that might occur in the early hours, the pool side bar and entertainment was great, if u dnt like gettin up early then put a sign on ure door sayin no cleaning till later, as we were just going to sleep at 6 then gettin woken up at 8 for cleaning, i dnt think so! but seriously all 24 of us really enjoyed this place, so much so 2 of u are going back this year
