We had apartment on ground floor next to the small pool. It was very quiet. There is a small garden to sit in as well.

We were outside Torremolinos and closer to Benalmadena Marina, a good position, away from the noise, and a very nice walk along the prom

A good clean resort with very good beaches and very clean. Many good restaurants to choose from.

We have stayed in this resort before, as well as the neighbouring resort Benelmadena. Torremolinas has a wide array of bars, shops and restaurants, but as it is quite a hilly resort in places, is not always suitable for those who are less able-bodied. The beaches are clean and backed by a very long promenade with numerous facillities. The local transport and taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced both around the resort and when venturing further afield.
Although we enjoy the area and would definitely return, we would warn people to be on their guard and take very good care of their possessions while out and about, as while we were there we heard of several people being victims of theft, and the thieves were very quick and organised. We always get a safe in the hotel and would recommend this as a lady in a wheelchair from our hotel had her bag snatched whilst being pushed along the seafront, losing a considerable amount of money, passport etc. We point this out, as despite priding ourselves on being very careful, we were ourselves victims on a previous visit here.
Despite this it is a nice area to visit on holiday both on the coast and venturing further inland.

Lots of dog droppings here. Notices everywhere stating "No animals on Beach" but there are almost as many dogs as ther are people.

The resort is very clean and in January fairly quiet until you reach the resort centre which is incredible loads of shops cafes and bars. We can't decide which is best Torremolinos or Benalmadena.

During the two weeks we were in Torremolinos we witnesed (council?) workers beavering away everywhere, painting railings, fences, street/sand cleaning, cleaning statues and tending grass and flower beds...UK take note!!
Out of season yes, but no shortage of clubs, pubs, bars and nighclubs, something for everyone if you have the stamina.
Beaches were excellent from Torremolinos right through to Feungirola.
One of the best resorts we have ever stayed in during many years of visiting Spain,plus there are excellent shopping facilites and a clean, efficient, punctial train service into Malaga at a reasonable cost...UK take note!!

the resort of torramolinos is a bit shabby in the center but they are addressing this we always felt safe ,and once you go away from the centre the beach and promenard are delightful spotlessly clean and lively.we found a brilliant bar in carahuela where we got a wonderful welcome from robert and cathy (hi rob & cath)it was a lovely freindly atmosphere and the food was lovely.the service was excellant,and the prices were very good so for a lovely evening out it is well worth a visitas we were half board we had lunch there every day and people recommended the local resturants if we were self cateringwe will be back soon to torremolinos.

I did not really use the entertainment in the resort. but I did use rumours bar opposite the hotel.
Very friendly couple who have been there since september. they have the best loos in the area. Landlady very kindly lent me her hairdryer as I had taken the wrong voltage with me.
This hotel is nearer Benalmadena for entertainment.

It seems that during the month of December we were here the Spanish visit the Costa del Sol.
Lovely clean beaches, shame about all the dog muck around, but I guess thats the way it is abroad.
