Weather was pretty spot on for the duration bar the day of rain when we were leaving. The beach has a lovely breeze which made sunbathing much more pleasant than at the pool, some stunning scenery and photograph opportunities to be had.

Not a lot going on at night, shops are all selling the same things, resturants hit and miss, one night very good service, another night we had a job getting the waiter's attention, same with portions good value first time, then half the size next time.
The supermarket staff were rude no interest in customer servce at all, I gave 5 dinar 3cents for a 700cnt bill, my mistake entirely, did not relise when i got outside by then to late of course.
There is a small supermarket near to were the Tuks Tuks park (7 mins walk from hotel) towards the port, its on the left, very good customer service run by a Father & son, will not make mistakes with your change,
We used the beach the other side of the port its spot on, ok you get the beach seller's just say no if you do not want to buy. We went to Sousse one morning (it was cloudy)worth a visit, get a Tuk Tuk 2 dina's each, great.
Beware duty free at the airport was manic.
Glad we went but not again.

PEK was very nice,The marina is well worth a visit a pleasant walk around the shops and bars.Although the shop keepers can be a pain up the rear,but then its the way of life there but you can feel abit hassled,there are some fixed priced shops if you wish to avoid the haggling.

The resort is only a short taxi ride from Port El Kantaoui, or for a bit of fun you can go by horse/carriage. The fountain which is illuminated at night to the sound of music is outstanding. The Hannibal Park amusements are excellent - very traditional and family friendly. I would recommend this resort to anyone with a young family.

Cleanliness was quite good only they take the dirty towels in the morning and bring clean ones in the afternoon. The entertainment must be improved especialy during the night. the beach was not bad perhaps adding some more sun shades will do the trick.

The centre of Port El Kantaoui is good for food & shopping but very small.

did not now what to expect from tunisia and was a bit wary but i have to say that i did not want to come home! everybody is so friendly and they love british people altough they think we live like del boy from only fools and horses!( saying all the time luvly jubbly and will giv u asda price!) everything is so cheap and its hard to spend your money! do not be put off by people trying to sell you things they are harmless. fantastic holiday. and also try the sahara trip, a real eye opener!

Great location. Right on own beach. Plenty of chairs / shades on Beach. We could even get one at 11am !
