What a fantastic hotel! Mustafa and team are fantastic -especially Mehmet! The location was perfect for us - it was our honeymoon - close enough to all the amenities, beach and mountains, but not in the thick of it. The rooms are well appointed, very clean, all have a balcony, air con and safe key (

The Hotel Naturella is situated at the back of Kemer next to its sister complex which is named Naturella Apartments which are used solely as primary residence for another holiday companies reps, these reps often return late in the evening & frequently have late night parties in their accommodation.
The Hotels rooms are very small & can be difficult to store luggage in, some guests opted to put their suitcases on the balconies, each room has a dressing table at the end of the bed & this leaves very little room & only enough for 1 person to get through at a time. Built in wardrobe storage is available but poorly constructed so through the day & night you can hear the squeaking of the hinges as people open & close the units. The door locks on the guest rooms & balcony doors are poor quality so most guests have to slam the doors shut to secure the room when leaving

We were absolutely delighted with the Naturella Hotel. We had expected a basic hotel and that is what we got.The comments that we read before we left home had made us a bit sceptical but the fears were unfounded.Mustapha (the owner)was a really lovely man and we so enjoyed being given a guided tour of his garden which was magnificent.He was always around to give us a friendly wave and a smile. Mehmet was amazing. He worked from morning to night and was always there to help us.We loved the architecture of the hotel-built just under the mountain- a true gem.A lovely view from our balcony too.
It was a hike from the beach but we found great restaurants just a few yards away.The steps were hard work but I'd recently had a hip replacement and managed OK. All good wishes to Mustapha and all his staff and thanks for a lovely holiday.

Myself and my partner stayed in the hotel Naturella and was very suprised and pleased with the hotel and resort. After reading reviews on this hotel we were a little unsure as the reviews were not good. All I can say is these were untrue. The staff provided us with 5 star treatment (Mustafa the owner and Mehmet the barman) nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Mehmets English was very good and would be there for you from 7:00 in the morning until you wanted to go to bed. Granted there are steps upto the hotel at the front but if you go through the small car park at the side there was only 4 steps to the hotel. I would reccomend this hotel to any couple. I cannot praise the hotel and staff enough.

this hotel is a family run,therefore cleanliness is excellant. the breakfast was all local bought, very nice.
the location was just right for my wife and i both in late seventies.
the hotel staff were second to none nothing was too much trouble

we will come back again but not in july or august it is too hot

Me and my partner, really enjoyed our stay at the Naturella Hotel in Kemer (June 2009). The rooms are basic, but very clean and bed linen and towels were changed 3 times a week. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and made me laugh a lot at his jokes (I thought he was the gardener at first). The barman was very hard working and could not do enough for us (worth his weight in gold). The pool was excellent, spent most of our time there, trying to keep cool. Would definately visit this hotel again. The owner even waved us goodbye on the coach and pretended to cry.
