Beware!!!! We booked 2 rooms at the Golden moon. Arived 5am to be told that they were over booked and rooms were available at another hotel 100yrds down the road, but we would use the Golden moons pool and dinning area as the other hotel had neither. After inspecting the other accomadation, which was little more than a backpackers hostle we declined their offer and spent a further 6 hours in reception with extreamly rude and unhelpfull staff.
As other guests made their way into reception that morning we discovered that ours was not the only case and at least 5 other parties hat the same problem, Family groups were split between the two hotels and one group of 4 elderly people were forced to spend the night in a double room! Be warned. Be firm.

The Golden Moon hotel is great it is a small very friendly place centrally located and spotless, every day we had clean towels in the room and the girls kept the rooms spotless.
All the staff were helpful and friendly. while we were there a big crowd 40+ arrived from Manchester as 2 were getting married in hotel then 20+ more arrived hectic to say the least not what we were expecting. But I must say it livened the holiday up and they were very nice people.
The hotel staff went all out with the wedding they made it a good one, many hotels and staff could not of been bothered, that is why I would recommend G.M. hotel nothing is too much trouble for them.
Keep up the good work!
The food was very nice Buffet style breakfast of cold meats and cheese etc a couple of times there were scrambled egg or omelette's which to us was adequate.
We would go back!

Lovely hotel
Ruined by at least 50 Brits from Manchester who`s idea of a good holiday was to ruin others, we ended up being accepted at the Okyun up the road because we just couldnt relax and chill out
We think the golden moon should have taken more responsibility with other guests because it was absolute madness
On the plus side , the staff were lovely and the dinners were nice , dont choose flexi dine via first choice , the hotel had never heard of it and it took 2 days and showing of our receipts to be allowed our 7 nights dinner , we stayed for 14.
Good location but if were to return we would go to the Okyun , quieter and more adult orientated.

Just returned from Golden Moon hotel it was really friendly. My daughter was ill before we went and we decided to travel and hope she felt better after few days the staff could not have been nicer and after a few days I'm glad to say she felt better.
I have to say I have stayed in a few hotels in Turkey as we have been going now for a number of years but without a doubt this is by far the cleanest. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we asked for extra pillows and they came within five minutes.
The breakfast was lovely and presented very nice.
The pool area was superb and plenty of sun beds.
Location was great all in walking distance of night life and shops.
We are returning next year with friends and we can't wait. I can't say enough about this hotel and its staff.

We loved it. A perfect holiday. The hotel surroundings, the staff and the food all excellent. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Keep up the good work!

We have been to the Golden Moon for the last 2 years. when we came back last year and this year we have booked immediately. We have never had a holiday like we have at the Golden Moon. Mete, the owner is fantastic, he can't do enough for you. The staff are excellent. They cater for your every need. The food in the Hotel is second to none. The hotel is spotlessly clean inside and out. The pool is nicley furnished with terraces and ample sunloungers. In the evening the pool area is lit up with a fountain in the pool. We have 3 boys aged between 12 and 16 and this hotel caters for them. It has a pool table and ping pong table, theres a darts board, tv in each room with Sky channels for them, in the reception is a tv and DVD player for them to watch a film if they want to. The whole package. With the hotel being fairly small in size it is very friendly and we have met friends over the last 2 years and we are meeting up again next year. there are turkish noghts which are excellent and usually a barbacue night. I would not dream of going anywhere else.
