The best thing I found with this hotel was the location. Situated on 32nd St it was so convenient to everywhere we needed to go.
The room was clean and we had plenty of clean towels.
The breakfast room was quite small so we found the earlier you got down, the better chance of a table. The food was good, we didn't need to eat until lunchtime.
If you are a smoker request a room on the 6th floor. There are only two lifts which sometimes caused a bit of a wait. If you look out the window you can see the Empire State building which is amazing.
All said and done I would stay at this hotel again when I return to New York.
