Anyone finding anything other than niggily little faults with this hotel, is going to have problems even if they should get to Heaven!!!

Our niggily one. The standard evening entertainment provided by the "Resident Duo"! Sadly a bit on the karaoke????? side. Certainly not 5 star!

Apart from that, a pretty hard place for most other hotels to match let alone beat. As you can gather we enjoyed ourselves.

Hotel and Reps all offered trips to Cairo, Petra, etc, but to be honest this hotel and therefore Sharm el Sheik is really too far away to make them anything other then very hard work, even by air.

The hotel was spotless all the staff were cleaning all the time nothing was a problem. The food was boring after a week, I think they should of included things like fresh juices in the AI.

There was a lot to do if you wanted the animation team worked hard to entertain overall view of this hotel is excellent.

Spent two weeks at the Kiroseiz from 5th to 19th November 2006 with my partner and 9 year old son. As other people have said I was rather wary as there seemed to be some very mixed reviews - but I had nothing to worry about.

The Hotel
This hotel was clean and spacious, the hotel room was far superior to some I have stayed in. Towels and bedding changed daily and the cleaning staff were always very polite and smiling.

The Staff
Wonderful staff working long hours for little money - but nothing was too much trouble and even went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Shops
There are a number of shops in the complex but some lovely shops in Naama Bay.

Trips
Book through the hotel as they were much cheaper.

Beaches
Only went to the Sandy Beach but again it was lovely and AI as with the hotel.

Weather
Very hot during the day - a little cooler at night, I needed a cardigan but I'm soft, a lot of other guests were still in short sleeves.

Taxis
An experience - that is all I will say!!

Airport
Much more organised than I though, if you have ever been to Turkey then this Airport is superb!!

I met some wonderful people and had a great time. I would certainly recommend and return to this hotel in the future.

I think the people leaving negative reports would not be happy anywhere!!!!

A message from Katrina for Julie who we met there, we got our Shisha Pipe for 30 Egyptian - you were robbed.

Hello to Teresa and Alan, Emma and Molly who finished our holiday off perfectly!!

This is a lovely hotel.

As we were driving up to it I could tell this is unlike any hotel abroad i have stayed in before. It may not be worthy of the five stars it has been rated but i would definitely give it 4.

The extravagant reception and friendliness of the staff is the first thing that i noticed. They take your suitcases to your room (although this dad take some time and we just wanted to hit the bar!) and cannot do enough for you.

I read various advice about tipping the staff before I went and our Thomson rep said to wait until the end of your stay and tip the members of staff that you have felt have made your holiday extra special.
We found that tipping the cleaner/maid got your room a little extra care and try tipping just one waiter who will serve your drinks - this can get difficult as there is so many of them walking around.

The only people who expect to be tipped are those out of the resort. When we got to the airport to men came up to us two men asked if we were with Thomson. When we said yes they took our suitcases and then started demanding

Just returned after a week at the Kiroseiz. I have to admit to being a little wary, travelling on my own with my two sons aged 9 and 7. I needn't have worried the staff were very helpful and the hotel facilities excellent.

My eldest son enjoyed the games organised by the animation team throughout the day and to my surprise spent a fair amount of time at the trixie club where they can come and go as they please without having to be signed in or out.

Would recommend the Sunset cruise run by the hotel which the boys really enjoyed and they got the chance to swim off the boat.

Like others have commented the food does get a little repetative but is no worse than other all inclusives we have stayed at. Chez Pascal is worth a visit.

Disappointed with the Hard Rock Cafe, the food was fine and the prices reasonable however the service left a bit to be desired.

Overall had a fantastic holiday and will definately be back.

Firstly the negatives.

Flies are dreadful !! not only in the food areas but by the pool & the beach. They are everywhere.

Food was of a good quality but we did not like anything. We ate out 4 days of 7. It is so cheap to eat out e.g.

went on 24 august till 7 sept, had fab time. Stayed in room 1131 and 1132 had intercontecting rooms so was good for family and over looked the pool too.

Went on 3 trips one with the hotel which was better than with the rep and cheaper. So would do that not rep.

Food good everwhere is clean.

Would definitely go back again.

This is a little gem of a hotel and really can not be faulted.

The rooms and hotel areas were spotless, the staff were tremendous, the food was very good for an all inclusive and even the entertainment kept you amused.

The Hotel is situated about two miles from the centre of Naama bays bright lights, shops and bars. It is about a 30 minute walk if you can stand the heat, as it was over 100F every day or you could catch the hotels courtesy bus which took 3 or 4 minutes.

Although the hotel is not on the beach, it has its

My Husband and I stayed at the Three Corners Beach Resort in Sept 2006 and had a lovely holiday. I am glad that we choose to stay in the little beach huts as opposed to the main hotel, as it was a very relaxing holiday and we found the huts to be more peaceful and the staff were very attentive. I had a full body massage twice on the beach in our week stay and I would highly recommend it. There is a little floating pier that you can sit on and the fish are wonderful.

We ventured into Namma Bay on a couple of the evenings and also into the Old Town but the constant pestering by the shop owners gets a little annoying after a while, as you are not left to look at all the lovely Egyptian items in peace and we kept ending up in the Hard Rock Cafe were all the brits seemed to be.

We were also a little disappointed with our trip to Cairo, although we did get to see the museum and the pyramids they did not inform us that they also take you to a paper factory and a perfume shop where again you are pestered to purchase, we would rather have had more time at the pyramids.

Also if you are considering swimming with the dolphins try and book before you go, as they get booked up quickly by guests booking in advanced.

All in all we had a lovely holiday and would go again.

Superb hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful in particular the dining room staff, smiling and willing to entertain and have a laugh even though they work so long hours.

Animation staff are very funny and entertaining and always up for a laugh, excellent relaxing pool with good amenities, choice of food is very good and always served well, rooms are kept spotlessly clean as is the hotel.
