Please don't do what we did and ignore the reviews for this hotel. Where do I start, it's advertised as a platinum 4* + . .. . . trust me it's not, it's in the middle of a very run down area of Sosua. The rooms were damp, curtains torn, all electrics were faulty (my husband had a few nasty shocks) bathroom loo was leaking onto floor, air conditioning unit was filthy and very loud, edges of the bed had all the wood snapped off leaving very sharp dangerous edges, floors were really dusty, balcony doors didn't have ant seal so the glass panes were loose, bed linen was moldy and musty, bathroom ceiling had very bad damp which was flaking into the bath, bath had half the enamel mssing so it was black/white, pool area has no shallow pool for children, water was smelling, bottles left on floor, lighting smashed leaving glass and exposed wires showing, pool tiles missing, beach (belonging to hotel) was about 20 ft squared, next to a local beach where lots on youngster concregate in their cars with loud music constantly on, lots of shouting and sreaming, just outside hotel lobby people are begging on the floors. Overall the conditions were appauling and i insisted that we were moved immediately. please take my advice and don't go there, you will really regret it !!!!!!!
