The hotel turquoise was a warm friendly place to be.
It did not take long for the staff to know your name and they were so pleasant.
The food is of a good standard and there was plenty to choose from.
The hotel and rooms were kept absoloutely spotless at all times.
The location of the hotel was flawless , giving you easy access to the beach , a 5 minute walk to the old market or a short cab ride to naama bay.
Entertainment was good and focussed on the traditional egyption dances , getting guests to participate.
Myself and partner plan to stay here again in febuary.

A truly dreadful place. Do not book under any circumstances and if you have booked here, change the booking. Food not fit for dogs, entertainment non-existent, beach over a main road and totally lacking in charm. Insects and stomach upsets unavoidable. Music played everwhere all day. All inclusive a bit of a joke. Would award it no stars at all.

Meals were ok but not a great deal of choice. Hotel was spotless as were rooms and towels and bed linen changed every day. Staff were very helpful, trustworthy and all male.
Hotel location was a little far from the centre but it was quiet. There was not much in the way of entertainment but as the hotel was not very big it was very friendly.
