The only thing that worked was the internet , no air conditioning, no kettle or toaster, shower blocked and smelly. Maid service awful, everything was dirty, no bar or snack bar and they falsely use pictures that are not there premises for there advertising. The room was full of mosquito's or fleas probably both.
The pool in 9 days did not have filters running, your skin smelt after coming out of pool and I shuddered when I saw children in the kids paddling pool. When I complained all i got was a SHRUG OF SHOULDERS, in other reviews many say they do not speak English,THEY DO, I overheard them.
