We were disapointed at what was on offer in all inclusive,no vodka,whisky etc,only raki,oozo and brandy
We also asked for clean towels to use in courtesy shower room as we had a late flight and were refused.The entertainment was non existent,only music played through a couple of speakers.I found the staff to be a bit staid,but the guy who worked behind the bar at night,Yanni,was very nice.On the plus points the hotel was spotless and the food was quite nice.I dont think I would go back to this hotel unless they changed there all inclusive drinks.

At our arrival we were sent by the management ( very rude people) to another hotel ( which was about 2 km from the beach and definitly lower class) on the grounds that Mediterraneo is full. We have refused to leave the hotel we have paid for and finally got our rooms only after a long and disgusting dispute.
The rooms were nice and rather clean ( suppose it is because the hotel is new), all with sea view, but from the open corridors you could see and hear people in their bathrooms.
No entertainment at all.
Pool is much smaller than it is shown on the hotel's website, but quite OK and plenty of sunbeds; also the informations regarding distance from Hersonissos is misleading and the road is dark, without sidewalk and pretty dangerous. Actually the hotel is " in the middle of nowhere" and the surroundings are scary.
The food was horrible and sometimes even inedible, and of course not greek at all ( I travel to Greece very often and I enjoy greek food), with flys taking off and landing from the plateaus with cheese or ham.
Have ordered 7 stars Metaxa and seen the bartender pouring the drinks from a 3 stars bottle.
What else? One has to cross the highway under a tunnel made for dogs, not for humans, to go to a crowded beach with less than 1 meter between sunbeds.
In a nutshell, we'll not go there again, unless they decide to improve the quality of the services.
