Lassi and the island of kefalonia stunning. Apartments and complex was poor. bathroom was filthy and shabby and we only had 1 towel each to last 4 days we requested extra towels but did not receive them. Never saw pool or pool area being cleaned. Air conditioning v expensive. If you like a pub style bar and drinking all night you'll fit in. Not really suitable for families with children.

Fantastic Apartments and highly recommended. The rooms are suitable and clean- not that you need to spend much time in them! The bar and pool area are great. Makis the manager at the apartments is a lovely and fantastic guy. So friendly! He puts his heart and soul in the place. He's always cheerful behind his bar, his pool is his baby and all his hard work has to be recognised! Oh ye and Renay makes the most amazin breakfasts at the pool bar in the morning. Fantastic!! The apartments are a few minutes walk from the stunning beach, out of the back gate down some steps and your there!! Supermarket literally next door and another one a little further down with the first choice office and car rental in between! We are booked to go away in July this year....... celebrating my birthday with amazin people, makis n vasilius!! Rockin p-a-r-t-y!! Luv ya both cant wait to see ya soon xxxxxxxxxxxx

We booked through First Choice the Makris Yialos Apt's
And have only recently returned.
The Location was excellent,10 minuet stroll to the main centre of Lassi.
Unfortunatley the accomodation itself, we found was far from adequate!Our Daughters room which was away from the main Apt' block and behind the bar area. I can only decribe as a dungeon, poorly lit and in a state of repair.
The owners cat's which he had 8 of, used the front of the Apt as a mess tray.Our room in the main block was clean but very basic.The Apt's had a nice pool.
I cant comment on the entertainment due to cicumstances we decided upgrade.
And have only recently returned.

We booked this holiday last minute in June 06 and were a bit nervous about how it would turn out, but we had a fab time.
The appartments are very basic but kept clean I would recommend that you have the air con as I dont think we would have survived without it!
Makie was fantasic and kept us amused for many a night even when England crashed and burned in the world cup! Nothing was too much trouble for him even ordering us takeaways and getting them delivered, he treated everyone as his best friend. The pool was his baby and he spent many hours keeping it clean.
The location is fab just a short walk to the gorgeous beach and near all the restaurants, bars etc...
If suits all ages from families, to couples, to the older. Our kids were 2 and 4 and mixed with all the kids who ranged from 6 to 16!
We met some really great people on this holiday and the kids make some great pals to.
So my advice to anyone how is considering going here is... DO IT, YOU WILL BE FAR HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME! and I am very jealous!!!
