when we got to the we were allocated a room on a high floor over looking the main road which was rather noisy at times. room was very clean but basic ,towels and beach towels were changed every day.the food was very dissapointing, not much variety at breakfast ok if you like fruit and yoghurt, dont touch the hot breakfast was cold greasy, had tea and coffee brought to the table which was always weak. dinner was a joke a choice of soup or fruit juice every night.a choice of two mains nothing for vegis!. the sweets were ok. pool area was nice over looking the sea. the beach was very small and you couldnt get into the sea area very easily, a few people had accidents while we were there,we used a beach further up but you had to pay for the sunbeds.the road leading out of the hotel into lassi was very dangerous no pavement and avery sharp bend. BECAREFULL. would rate this hotel a 3 star and not worth the money!!

Having read previous reviews on this hotel, we were expecting a lot more than we actually received.

The staff, although not all of them, were very unhelpful and abrupt, especially in the restaurant. This is the first holiday we have ever been on and found no one deserving of a tip!

The cost of this holiday did not warrant such things as chasing the Head Waiter around for dining seating and having our own drinks taken out of the fridge (advised this is a mini bar not for personal use).

The surroundings were stunning beautiful, the sea was warm and clear and the pool area clean. Lassi itself appears to be a tourist built desert location, with very little atmosphere. All shops were alike and expensive.

We had a very good holiday, but this was down to our own company and not that of the Greek people, who we have previously found to be talkative and welcoming.

The hotel is very commercialised with money being the only concern. We believe that the hotel is under new ownership this year and that there have been many changes, but not to the benefit of the customer.

We had wanted a quiet holiday and this is just what we got. Not a place to take children but for those without this hotel is perfect!!

The rooms are quite dark and very basically furnished , but when you are in such a wonderful setting you don't need much from your room. The linen is changed every day and the hotel is spotless.

The food is well cooked and varied. The only problem is that you cannot choose where you sit, you must wait to attract the attention of the "head waiter" who will then take you to your table. Not a bad idea but it would be good to know it on arrival!!!

The hotel has a great pool area and a lovely beach. The beach bar is manned by a guy who has worked there for 25 years and that sums up the whole place really. Very good atmosphere and happy helpful staff.

All of this set against a beautiful island. You could not ask for more.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel, last time in 2003. This hotel has greatly improved since last time.

We booked a bungalow this time, and emailed the hotel directly to ensure that we had a double bed and a sea view and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting. Everything was perfect on arrival.

Breakfast was plentiful, evening meal was 4 courses and a different menu every night. This hotel is a lovely quiet hotel with its own private beach, but close enough to Lassi for evening entertainment.

Our bungalow was one of the furthest from the main hotel but as we had requested a quiet room with sea views that is exactly what we got.

Definitely will return.
