we booked this hotel last year all inclusive. on arrival we had to wait 50 mins to check( boiling hot & tired after a 12hour flight) the reception was full of mexican tourist who were imediatly checked in before ourselves. the room was basic nothing special. the food was ok and repeated over and over again! if you are english i would not recommend this hotel as there is no entertainment at all for the english it was all for the mexicans!!!!the location and beach at the hotel are fab but hotel a real let down.

This hotel was fantastic, when i looked on the internet for pictures of the rooms etc, I thought they were very plush and I thought no way will the reality be the same, but was I mistaken, all rooms are very large with a huge bed, flat screen tv, seating area, and dressing area. The shower cubicle in the room was the size of a bathroom at home. The staff are all very friendly and cant do enough to help you. The food is good, Gaviotas restaurant beside the pool is excellent. Marias was good also but you had to book there. i would definately go back.

Hotel staff attitudes very poor and unhelpful (not including cleaning staff - they work really hard and make it a really clean environment).

The food was really bad as well. Every meal time the food that was supposed to be hat was cold. We put up with it for a couple of nights then ate out evry other mealtime! Not good when you've paid to be 'all inclusive'.

Had a terrible experience with the hotel and booking agent - i paid the booking agent for our holiday but they didn't pay the hotel. Even though i'd got all receipts for the holiday, Hotel didn't care and locked us out of our room. I'm insulin dependant diabetic, hotel didn't care that i couldn't get into room for medication - wouldn't let me into room until i paid them for accommodation...again. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
