There was no reservation for us on our arrival. Despite the hotels valiant efforts they were not able to secure the payment from love holidays.
After 5 days we were advised to contact the company ourselves or we would need to pay ourselves. We contacted them and it was resolved the following day and phone call cost 60 pounds.
The so called Rep didn't help us at all. I wrote to the company claiming the cost of the phone call. They wrote back saying they just act as agents and are not responsible.
Use this company at your peril. I won't use them again.
