Great Location & Value for money. Very spacious & underrated accommodation. Great mix of people when we were there, from families/couples to singles group & all seemed to get on with each other.

Staff helpful & friendly & all spoke good English. Rep not too pushy with excursions etc. Reception will gladly book any trips transportation etc.

There is not a massive entertainments programme, but the pool bar & internal bar cover basic requirements - the strip with all its nightlife & restaurants is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Some people did mention the noise of the traffic near by however we didn't really have a problem with it.

The apartment decor was dated but clean. The smell of the drains was'nt particularly pleasant of a night time, and the noise from the bar and unacommpanied kids running between floors travelled down 2 floors keeping us awake between 2-4 in the morning about 75% of the time. Our towels were changed three times in 2 weeks so we did hand washing in the sink. Beware of the hot water it'll take your skin off. 25 euros a week to hire the tv situated in your room . For that they'll supply you with a tv remote and a 10ftlength of coax in order to connect in the wall and the tv (wish I had known before leaving the UK and i could have done something about it). The pool's small but cleaned daily and the staff were pleasant when approached.

This hotel is ideal for anybody who wishes to undertake a self catering holiday in Albufeira. However, if you want to create lavish 3 course meals every night you may find the cooking equipment alittle restrictive. For beans on toast, pasta...etc the cooking utensils provided are just fine. Also, you will have no trouble finding nearby supermarkets selling all manner of foods at generally low prices. But be warned, British branded goods are rather expensive. Although the hotel is well used it is nonetheless very clean. The rooms are cleaned/tidied every day and towels are changed 3 times per week. The hotel seems to run without you really noticing which is a good sign. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Entertainment consists of a quiz night once a week combined with cabaret. Make of it what you will!!
