Very good standard of accomodation and nice and clean although maid service was 5 times a week rather than the published 6 (brochure and at the appartments).
Location spot on - near the strip but quiet.
Staff couldn't be helpful enough.
One moan - a number of groups really took the mickey on sunbed reservation - worse than I have seen anywhere before - and this despite a declared hotel policy of actively preventing it, the application of which was non existent
Other than that - very impressed.

Great Hotel, Great Location, No issues, Quiet, clean, friendly, Family based/ Couples although the last few days of the holiday a lot of lads arrived. I'd put this down to the world Cup - however on the whole well behaved. The hotel is close enough to the Strip and taxi rank to the old town, but far enough not to hear nay nightlife

I stayed for a week here last September from the 18th to the 25th 2003. My parents booked a last minute deal and as I had some exams coming up asked me would I like to go as it wouldn't cost that much more. Week in the sun? - Need they ask!!!.
I have been to the Algarve loads of times as a child so it was great to have the opportunity to head out for a week of peace and relaxation.
We went self-catering and when we arrived late at night were amazed at how clean and quiet the whole place was. The pool was tranquil and the apartments etc looked lovely!
I can't comment on the food as we were sc but location wise it was great, right at the bottom of the strip, 2 minute walk in fact so it could not be better!!!
As my parents were out most days visiting all the local places of interest I spent the day sunning myself at the pool or at the beach. The nearby beach was spectacular cuz you could walk along the coast 5 minutes and find a completely deserted beach!!!
The apartment itself was superb. Having previously worked as a holiday rep in 2001 I have to say the accommodation was fantastic, spacious, clean, 2 bathrooms, tv etc and full kitchen (not that it was used ha ha !!1) It was also on 2 floors so my parents had a bathroom and bedroom upstairs while I had the downstairs and a bathroom to myself. It was like the perfect holiday home.
I would definitely go back here again. In fact my parents are going back in 2 weeks time cuz it is great. I hope to return in September 04 with my friends.

this accommodation was among the best i have ever stayed in. the standard of cleanliness was next to none. considering it was later on in the season, the apartment was as if we were the first to use it. we stayed in a studio apartment which was large & more than adequate for 2 people. staff were extremely pleasant without being intrusive.
the location is excellent being only minutes from "the strip". the whole area surrounding these apartments is fantastic with many different types of bars & restaurants to choose from, favourites were the tres palmeiras, senhor frogs & cheers bar. our holiday was so good we are repeating the experience this year.
