The entrance to the apartment block was shabby and it looked on to a disused building site.There were weeds growing on thr foothpath outside and all together the first impression was terrible.
The apartment was not clean and our 3 year old found a broken beer bottle at the side of the fridge.
The mattresses were filthy and we had to request mattress covers.
The snack bar sold food which was basic but you had to wait ages after ordering. The younger staff were in the snack bar were pleasant but the older man who appeared to be in charge was rude and was constantly giving out to the younger staff.
The hotel location was not too bad although you had to walk up a hill to get to the shops and beach.
One afternoon our 3 year old was playing in the pool area next to hosing pipe that was used to wash the area and a rat ran out from under the hosing !!! I wanted to let reception know but my husband said not to as he knew what the response would be.
The staff were not pleasant and some were downright rude.In particular there was one receptionist who I refused to have any dealings with as his attitude was deplorable!
The entertainment was non existant. Therewas nothing for the kids apart from an area where they could do colouring for 2 hours in the afternoon and morning but they soon got bored with that.
I would never ever stay in this apartment block again .

Good location, quiet at night, good size lougne, but lacking in furniture. No kettle or toaster, but an ironing board! Maids came regularly. Tiny TV, no English channels.
Pool ok, kiddies pool and larger one, definitely needs a facelift.
Saw many nicer apartments, but this one was cheap!
Wouldn't stay there again.
