The Mariners Club overall cleanliness was second to none, clean towels every other day and rooms cleaned.
Food here was great, never cooked a meal all holiday and the prices were very affordable, ate there every day.
The beach was about 15 mins walk but thats not a problem all roads are flat but you do need to take care crossing busy road.
Entertainment for adults and kids was brill, Lee kept everyone on their toes (mini disco) and bingo was a scream, watch out for the forfiet drinks!!!.
I would go again no problem as long as they had air con (rooms can get a bit warm).

The Staff were excellent at this hotel.
Max the manager was really nice,
Lee & Michelle the Reps were extremely helpful,
Sylvia & Sally behind the bar/restaurant were very friendly,
Lee the entertainer was very amusing,
David, Gayle, Lisa & Helen were absolutely awesome as the Kidzone Reps!
The hotel was spotless and the evening entertainment was varied throughout the week - some really great acts to see.
There was a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere at this hotel and the food was great!
It is slightly further from the beach and the Bellevue strip though this is advantageous if you prefer a good night

This hotel is brilliant definately the best Ive been too. The staff are amazingly friendly and nice especially Suzie and Anna the bar staff/waitresses and all the maids. Lee (the entertainer) was really friendly and funny and was kept a smile on the faces. The location was good because you was in easy reach whithin everything- the supermarket, bike/car rental shops, the beach, everything you need. The entertainment was brilliant the kids loved it, had so many different shows and were all fantastic. Hotel food was lovely and value for money, we always ate there! The only thing I disliked was the coldness of the swimming pool! I couldnt get in it because it was too cold!

we stayed at the mariners appartments and we couldnt fault it everyone was fantastic. the thomson reps were very helpfull id defently recommend the kids zone ive two kids aged 10 and 8 and they loved it.david the kids entertainer was funny everyone was great would recommend it two anyone who has kids. and loves the fun and games in the evening with lee the entainer.who gets you involed.the pool was very clean and tidy. the mozzies were around but did not get bitten and the hotel is getting air conditioning for the summer of 05,would recommend you go to the bellvue strip in the evenings got it all shops bars restarants.we are going back next year soon as we all loved it.good fun excellant

the food is great and the hotel spotless, the location isnt perfect but its alright the staff are great especially sylvia she was a star she was really kind the entertainment was the best ive ever seen lee the entertainer was fantastic he was really funny and he had a great sense of humour i would definetly visit again it was great

Stayed at the Mariner in scorching August! Staff are brilliant as was the entertainment, Lee was great but watch out for the forfeits if you lose the quiz! Bar staff are very friendly, so were the cleaners, we were given clean towels every day and cleaned. I would definitely go back again especially if they are going to get air conditioning next year.

We really enjoyed our stay especially the night times with Kat. We even bought her disco CD.
The bar staff, Anita, Vanessa, Yoli, Ana, Rebecca were fantastic and always smiling.
We would definitely go back there again.

stayed in the solecito apartments and ive got to say i would definatly go again the staff were fab especially ana, the brittania next door was great for food and it turned out they new some relatives from sheffield, overall a great holiday a definate must

Mariners Club Apartments in Alcudia, Majorca
Just returned from a fantastic week. The hotel was brilliant (clean, comfortable, etc) - the Thompson and hotel staff were so friendly and great with our children (7 & 9). Although self-catering, tried the hotel restaurant once and we were hooked - never stopped going back night after night! Kidz Zone staff were lovely and the children got quite attached to them. Lee the hotel entertainer was hilarious! Downside was the main Pool was cold and too deep (1.4m throughout) and surrounded by dangerous rocks that I fell over and cut arm, foot and bum! A little far away from beach, and had to really watch the children when walking to the town by the stinking and unguarded canals. Our holiday made all the better by meeting a super family with lovely children! Will definitely go back.

Stayed in October 2002, thought the hotel and the surrounding area was excellent. The entertainment was brilliant and there was a brilliant range of food and drink. The rooms were basic but they held everything you needed, they were also kept very clean. The staff were so polite and friendly, it was the second time that I have been and I am going back this year.
