We stayed at the Omar for two years running and we enjoyed both visits, we would definitely stay there again.
It is situated looking over the main shopping centre and if I had any fault it would be the balconies because if you stayed on the even numbered floor the balconies are small but if you stay is on the odd numbered floor they are huge. It is a clean place to stay at and the staff were really helpful.

The apts were very clean.
The location was excellent as Puerto Rico is very hilly and these are at the bottom, near the main commercial centre.
Entertainment was ok. Beach was about 12 minute walk. McDonald's close by apts too.
