We stayed at Terraza mar Suites for 2 weeks in July .
When we reached the apartment we were very impressed, on first glance. The reception was very clean and big, in the reception you have a safe room, mini shop, and computers with internet access, we arrived just after 3pm so I did not take long to get checked in. We were allocated on the 5th floor, which was good as the reception and pool, and bar is on the 6th floor.
When we got down to the apartment we were pleased that it was clean and a reasonable size for our family. In the bathroom you have a big sized shower, and plenty of cupboard space, and a hair dryer, in the kitchen you have a microwave, 2 cooking rings, and a fridge which has a bottle of water in on arrival, and in the bedroom you have 2 comfortable single beds, and 2 wardrobes which had more than enough space for all our clothes. The apartments have a ceiling fan in both the bedroom and in the living room, both the bedroom and the living room have doors the lead you onto the balcony. The balcony is very big that has 3 sunbeds, table and 3 chairs and a parasol and has a clothes rack. From the balcony you can see the commercial centre and the water park.
On a Friday night there is a all you can eat barbecue which was quite nice, as my kids are fussy about food, and they had this for the 2 weeks that we were there.
I would definitely go back to Terraza Mar Suites, and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Trezzamar was fabulous spotlessly clean pool area is immaculate apartments were immaculate - brilliant!

We stayed at the Terrazamar Suites for 2 weeks and were delighted with the accommodation.
The apartments are approximately a year old so everything is in excellent condition. There is a good sized living room with sofabed, sideboard with tv, dining table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and 2 rings, cutlery, crockery, kettle etc. The bathroom has no bath but a double shower cubicle with power shower, there is a hairdryer although it isn't very powerful. The bedroom has 2 very comfy single beds, 2 built in wardropes with plenty of hanging and shelves and 2 bedside cabinets. There are patio doors going out from both the bedroom and living room which take you onto a huge balcony/terrace which looks out to the commercial centre. The balcony is a big plus and has 2 sunbeds, table, chairs, parasol and still plenty of room. We used the balcony a lot as it was so hot (some days up to 39 degrees) but you could move around the balcony under the parasol which we preferred as there weren't that many parasols at the pool. The living room and the bedroom have ceiling fans which were a godsend as it was so hot (we had them on all the time were in the apartment).

On arrival we were allocated 4th floor apartments. We were delighted with the standard of accommodation. Very spacious, ample storage, large bathroom with double shower cubicle complete with power shower. Kitchen was a separate room leading off the living area. Terrace was the largest we have seen and was equipped with 2 sun lounges, table and chairs, clothes drier etc.
The apartments were situated at the back of the back of the water park and therefore no need to get taxis to the Europa centre as it was only a 5 minute walk. The swimming pool was lovely - plenty of sunlounges, small kiddies pool and play area.
Although we had been warned about building work we only saw a crane above the pool which never seemed to move during our one week stay.
Entertainment non-existent but if you are a regular visit to puerto rico you will already know that everything happens in the commercial centres.
This is our third visit and we will definitely go back to these apartments - excellent base if you like it quiet during the day but within easy walking distance of the europa centre at the bottom of puerto rico.
