We had apartment on ground floor next to the small pool. It was very quiet. There is a small garden to sit in as well.

i like torremolinos ,it had a reputation some years ago and i dont think this is founded at all.

Saying we went in january, this holiday was great-the resort was mainly closed, but most of the shops were open.
If your looking for a clubbing holiday, this is not the place to be, this time of the year.
The resort has some great shops, but you have loads to choose from in other resorts aswell, the bus and train is great, and so cheap.
We visited fuengirola zoo, and it was excellent. its hard to find, but follow the signs from the sea front.
Saying it was january, the weather was around 20'c most days, and when we left it was 24'c and -1'c in birmingham.
Saying it was a late deal, and we did not know where we were going, we had a great holiday and well worth the money.

Torremolinos is a pleasant resort with nice beaches and it was a nice experience walking along the promenade all the way to Benalmedina. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

Not really fair to comment as it was January and out of season, but would bet its a great place in summer.

The resort is lovely and so very clean. Great walk to Belamadena and lovely little cafes along the way.

Both Benalmadena and Torremolinas were extremely clean. There were plenty of good bars and restaurants. The beaches looked great but due to the time of year we were unable to take advantage. Would definitely come here again.

Unfortunately not too much going on at this time of year. Some good shopping in Torremolinos, and we were very brave walking up the hill to get there....pushing a wheelchair!

Clean resort,didnt expect much entertainment at this time of year & didnt find any !.
Beach was fine,raked over every day.

Torremolinos is quite good as a resort, fine beaches and good shopping facilities. Good transport system to visit other resorts, Fuengirola Benalmadena and Malaga.

This resort is more Spanish than you would think. It had a terrible reputation years ago mostly caused by young lager lout clientele encouraged by the large tour companies on cheap packages.
That has all changed and the resort attracts a much older crowd including many elderly tourists from the North of Spain especially between September and May escaping the cold weather in those parts.
The beach is marvellous, clean and well served by numeroos restaurants.
The nightlife is not the 24 hour disco and club culture of neighbouring resort of Belmadena but there are many good bars open late and a very large gay scene around the La Nogalera complex.
So if you are a club 18 to 30 type you will probably hate it but if you are 25 to 70 you will love it.
