SOLITAIR HOLIDAYS OFFICIAL RESPONSE
RE: OLYMPOS HOTEL
Our sincere apologies for concerns raised by our customers in relation to Olympos Hotel Turkey this season.
Firstly to clarify, Solitair have leased the Olympos Hotel from the owners for this year and beyond, together with significant refurbishment over the winter months
Ex Director Mr ANISH NAMBIAR resigned from the company in April 2019. We recently discovered that he is declaring himself as the Hotel lease holder and demanding payment on arrival for Solitair guests.
This is certainly NOT our policy, as we take our duty of care to our customers extremely seriously.
We have further discovered that Mr ANISH NAMBIAR has been contacting customers and taking payment direct into his own personal account.
In these circumstances please be assured we are operating as normal, however if you have been affected please email me directly:

Please be assured your holiday in Turkey is protected and alternative accommodation has been sourced in line with your original booking.
We have recently experienced a high volume of calls and apologise if you have experienced difficulty in contacting us with your enquiries. We endeavour to respond to all our customers at the earliest.
I certainly appreciate your understanding in these most unprecedented circumstances.
Solitair now look to the future with a fresh approach to holidays for single travellers.
